A few months ago (when I got my new iPhone 6) I sold my 4s through Kijjiji; it was a lengthy (more than 3 weeks until a genuinely interested customer showed up) and unpleasant exercise. Last week, my wife and two other members of my family got their 6s. Having learned about Orchard in the meantime, we decided to take them on on their offer to sell the phones for us. I took all three to their office (mailing is the prime option), since I wanted to "check-out" this 'operation'. I was received very nicely and "processed" very quickly and effectively by one of their employees. Suffice to say, I was very impressed with what I've seen and heard. Today (after only 4 days) I got my first Interac transfer for one of the three phones. This is above expectations, so far. If anyone one wants to sell their iPhones, Orchard is the way to go.

Found 'em on Kijiji when I was looking for an iPhone 5 and, despite having never heard of them, I took a chance AND AM I GLAD I DID! Got the phone when promised and despite their claim that the phone was in "very good" condition, I defy ANYONE to look at it and not say it's brand new! Noticed on the back, they had a protector with my name on it only to then realize it was a clear bumper guard... free!
