I was super impressed by the level of communication -- going through my inventory list my customer service rep was engaging and empathetic. The movers were courteous, professional team that went above and beyond. They kept in touch leading up to moving day and answered all our questions throughout the process. They were very careful and kind the whole time. I really enjoyed how easy and straight forward they were! No hidden fees or hassles with payment. I am so thankful that they helped me move because they were the best. I would highly recommend them!

We have used them 3 different times this year. Each time they did an outstanding job. They are fast, careful, and work really hard. Pianos - no problem, heavy equipment - no problems. I highly recommend them!

***WARNING***. Please be warned about Get Movers. I had a move recently and the team did a fine job, but after I paid and tipped them, they smashed my car when leaving and failed to remain at the scene. Even after filing a police report they refused to take responsibility and have told me that they subcontracted the truck and it's not their problem. They won't even give me the plate number of the truck for my police report. PLEASE READ THE CBC STORY ABOUT THIS! I have the whole incident on video and still they don't act. My car is now in the shop with a lot of damage and they act like it's not a big deal. Save yourself the headache and use a different company!

Last week I had the pleasure of having Zack, Kevin and Matt help me move from Edmonton AB to Vancouver BC. They came prepared! They made a very difficult task a pleasant one. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were incredibly efficient, and all of my stuff was packed with so much care. Pricing was fair and communication and promptness were appreciated. Even though I'm typically careful when making decisions, the entire procedure could not have been any easier. But they responded right away to my inquiry. I used this company twice. This time they helped me move a piano from my house to a storage unit. They gave me flat rate and did their job the next day. Quick adn efficient. No complaints at all.

I am most defenitely going to use these movers if I ever need a move again. My moving crew was headed by Rob. He was exceptional and a great leader. The whole team was very nice and hardworking. In a day-and-age when people are not very interested in hard work these guys crushed it. I enjoyed having them in my home and I am so thankful they took such good care of me and my things. Extremely efficient, arrived on time as it was scheduled, carefully wrapped and loaded every piece of our furniture. It was a difficult job and a long day. We had several really heavy items and the movers didn't complain even once! They were motivated during the whole moving day and most importantly didn't leave any damage. There were also no hidden fees!

This company and the crew of guys did a great job moving my 5 bedroom home! We worked with Alexander, Davis, Jamal, and a 4th man whose name we didn't catch but they were all so helpful, so fast and efficient, and great value! They were on time, wrapped everything, used blankets and asked where to put everything. Disassembly and assembly in the new home with no problems. Good price considering what they did. They staffed with enough guys to get the job done without taking hours and hours which would costs us a ton.
