I am really impressed with the build quality and packaging of the Lumina 4k camera. Features are also amazing but I haven't had the time to properly test them yet. Software beta may cause issues as some reviewers have experienced but the tech support has already assured me that upcoming updates will rectify all the issues. Considering the premium hardware that in itself is great value for the money spent I am very totally happy with the product and least concerned about software beta issues.

This camera is getting better with software updates. Initially, I had some problems connecting this camera for whatever reason and customer service was very professional and got it resolved. I think Lumina is well worth the money.

Excellent camera. The customer support team has also been fantastic to work with. The technician completed the setup quickly and optimized the settings that best suit my requirements. Everything works perfectly after that.

Excellent customer service. Cameras took a while to arrive but I was informed before ordering. I have ordered from Lumina before so I have two cameras in total. Both are working fine. Sometimes I get frustrated with the software but they are addressing the issues through updates so it is getting better and better.

I bought this product because I needed the 4K resolution. There are some issues with the software but they have promised to address them through upcoming updates. The hardware quality, however, is simply the best you can get at this price!

This company is amazing as far tech support and product build and features are concerned. Software needs improvements I am told but to be honest I am okay with it. Minor issues aren't a big deal and will be fixed through updates, I am sure. However, if I ever feel dissatisfied with the product or service I'll come back and change this review.
