I had a bottom panel that was damaged by our HOA's snowblower unit. Nick was very pleasant and went about his work professionally. Cleaned up his area and did a great job! Would call this company next time I need service on my garage door.
Cable was broken and I was quoted 250 to fix. When repairman went to fix he found plates with bearings that were bad. He quoted me 20 dollars each plus labor so I told him to go ahead. Repair took less than an hour and I ws charged 418 dollars which I thought was unreasonably high. The repairman was prompt and professional.
We had some minor damage on bottom panel of door and it was coming off track. Tech showed up and told us we needed a whole new door($1700). We opted for repair. Then was told bottom panel had to be replaced, we opted for repair, then said they needed to replace bottom seal, old one could not be put back on door. My wife and I put old seal back on ourselves. Had them back to fix door again a few weeks later. Very rude tech showed up did repair again and then charged us $160! Never explained the problem, did not tell us we were being charged before he did work. I was shocked. Good luck and be wary of their suggested work.
Was pleased to receive call that service provider would be later than orig sceduled.
Door is still a bit loud but much improved w new rollers & lubrication. Just surprised that lube job (took maybe 10 mins?) cost $150
Price substantially High not sure if I was getting contractor pricing or not. Would have preferred doing business with your company because it's closer
Looked at my garage door, said he would be done in less than an hour and a half, finished in 5 minutes and charged $175. Will no longer use this company.

I was not able to find any record of us repairing your garage door and our service work fee is not $175.00. I don't think you have the right company.
The repair person was 1.5 hours late. Obviously you don't value my time. He called at 2:00, when he was suppose to be there to say he was going to be there are 3:00 but didn't show up until 4:00.
I paid $200 and the garage door still didn't work. I'm frustrated and angry and feel like I got scammed.

I am sorry to hear that you are frustrated, whoever installed that small garage door opener on such a big and heavy door did you a disservice. All we did is try to adjust the spring because you did not want to replace that underpowered garage door opener. We will be more than happy to come back out and replace that unit with something that can handle that big and heavy garage door. We stand by our work but there is only so much we can do in this situation.
They came out installed the garage door ⁰opener on Friday at 5 pm. It was 20 degrees
Outside, he competed the job, adjusted the door spring, explained in great detail how to use it. He also setup the WiFi for me. I would highly recommend this company

Made it out the same day I called. Only advised fixing the issues at hand and didn't try to upsell me or scam me into "fixing" more items. Pricing was fair and he was speedy with repairs. Will be using him for any and all other garage door issues I may ever have.
I found them fast, professional, and honest. Hard to come by these days. They tried to provide tech-support over the phone before dispatching a service tech and incurring any cost for me. When the tech did come, he called before hand as requested, carefully listened to my issues, and recommended solutions that worked great. A tuneup and eight rollers later it is working like new. I highly recommend them.
The repairman arrived as scheduled and was able to open the jammed door without damaging any part of it. After diagnosing the problem which was a broken spring of an old style he recommended replacement of the system. The replacement went well and we felt the price was great. I would strongly recommend their service which we used successfully in the past.

Called for service one day and GDSR was here the next day by noon to replace garage door opener. Fast, efficient professional service. I received quotes from two other companies. Both quotes were $600 and only included opener, 2 sensors and remotes. GDSR quote included opener, sensors, remotes, a push button and keypad for garage door for less money than others quoted. The installer, Nic was cordial and explained entire system to us. Plus helped us download and app on our cell phones that serve as additional remote. Highly recommend this Father & Son business.
Not only did the technician fix my door spring but also gave us a great deal on a new opener. The opener he installed solved our problem of lost openers. My children could download an app on their phones to open the garage door. Also I could tell when they forgot to close the door.
The person I spoke with on the phone had a sense of urgency with our problem and even offered to stop by to help us close the door until they could come out with a replacement. We had a new door installed 2 days later. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
Received a free onsite estimate the same day I called. Scheduled the full door install a few days later on a day that worked best for me. Jay, who installed the new door, did a great job, was very friendly and did all the work faster than I had anticipated. All around great service!
My garage door broke and I called and they had someone out in a couple hours. Jay accessed the damage and provided a quote for replacement on inspection. He returned the next day and installed the door. Highly recommend their service!
This was for warranty service on a spring they installed three years ago. My appointment was supposed to be between 4 PM and 5 PM. I got a call just before 5 to tell me he was running late and would be at my house around 6. He did eventually show up at 6:30. When service was complete he was unable to process a credit card and I wound up writing a check.
