I had a complaint about pricing, a discount code did not work when I applied it. However, follow-up to my complaint was immediate (within 2 hrs) and they resolved my concern to my advantage. My order hasn't arrived yet so I am unable to rate the product itself at this time. However, if the product is as good as the complaint dept, my ratings will definitely go up.
Found what I was looking for, at the right price. Shipping was fast, kit was complete, easy to install, could use instructions for those less inclined. Good product, greatly reducing dust and critters from getting into the garage. If there's no light coming in, the seal is good! This helped to reduce the light coming in along the bottom of the garage door to NONE! Excellent!

Delivery was delayed due to flooding in Colorado, but they provided a tracking number so that I knew where the item was. It arrived yesterday.

Very impressed with the product so far. No problem with assembling the sides. I'm hoping this product will prove to do what it is designed to do during the winter months. Only reason I did not give a 5 star rating on delivery is due more with Fed X because the boxes did not show up on the same day, (they were shipped out the same day from garageflooringllc) and the box that showed up a day later had a good size hole in one corner of the box with some of the product hanging out of the box. I did call customer service to tell them about how the box was received and was told that if anything was missing out of the box that they would send it right out to me, I had no problem. I would definitely do business with this company again just would like UPS used for delivery.
