This wants so much personal information.Ok, so it seemed legit for a while, I wanted Sonic Mania since I already bought the game on Xbox, Yet I wanted to install mods for it. After some digging, I found GameFlip. So I looked for a Sonic Mania steam code. When I clicked the Buy button, They immediately charged me the money despite not getting the steam code yet. Apparently I had to 'verify'. Which means I had to send them my EXTREMELY personal info such as My Drivers License, A photo of me with My ID, front and Back. My Mobile phone bill... DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR ID. Luckily They gave me a refund, But probably because they know all their prices are low anyway and they just want your whole identity.
I wouldn't be surpised if they were using bots or something to fake positive user reviews, I mean they have official workers from the website replying, They even have youtube videos by people who work at Gameflip talking positively about the site as if their bio doesnt say hey work there.

The title says it all. I reached out to customer service regarding a problem where I do not have the products I paid for. I received a generic initial response but then my next 6 emails have been completely ignored. Terrible business practices.

NEVER buy games here or from a second party! There is a high risk you will get SCAMMED! Play Station will temporarily deactivate your account from playing online without notice, it wilL require Lots of proof of information And takes a long time!

Only offering Skrill and Payoneer as a way to withdraw funds is idiotic, i have quit gameflip because of this and will recommend that others do the same until Paypal or something similar comes because the fees are too big...
