I used g3 because we had used them before for passports and visas. The process went smooth. Didn't know if I would get the old passport back, but it was sent back by USA Dept of State.

I was in a TOTAL panic when I discovered my passport had expired and I was scheduled to leave the country in 5 days! When I called G3, the passport specialist quickly calmed me down, told me exactly what I needed to do and was easily available every time I had a new question or concern. I was able to get all my paperwork filled out and mailed by 2:30pm on Monday and had my new passport in my hand by Thursday morning, as promised! They even sent me updates every step of the way so I knew the status of my order at all times. It's a bummer to have to spend that money but I feel that I got a good deal for the service I received and I can continue with my travel arrangements as scheduled. What a GIANT RELIEF! Thank you G3!
