Had an issue with payment for an account and the appropriate department handled it by the early hours of Monday morning; thumbs up. However, I tried to take advantage of a discount code for Futures trading and it expired before i could complete my crypto transaction with a crytpto wallet and have my account opened at FundedNext. I will continue being disappointed with the loss of that discount.
