Recently another prop firm where I had my account decided to make some changes due to which I too decided to move my activity to another prop firm. As you can imagine, there are lots to choose from and after doing my due diligence I narrowed down my search to a few and FundedNext was one of them. I had a few initial questions which I sent either by an email or through the prop firm's website contact page.
It was ONLY FundedNext that responded in the following manner:-
A) Extremely fast response time (including my follow-up questions)
B) Direct unambiguous answers to my all questions without any kind of vagueness or "techie" language (both of which are often used by a lot of firms to avoid answering "uncomfortable" questions).
C) Initially answers were given by their AI bot, but once it was beyond the AI's ability to answer, the "human factor" kicked in at the right time and completed the task.
If this is how they treat non-customers I can just imagine the level of service their customers get! Obviously this is my preferred partner!

I'm highly satisfied with the support provided by the FundedNext team, especially Mason, who was very helpful in addressing my queries. FundedNext is definitely my top choice for getting funded. However, I'm a bit disappointed that they don't offer 100K or 200K accounts for traders in Pakistan. I hope they consider lifting this restriction in the future. Overall, a great experience!
