After 3 months I found out they did'nt send me my bio-strips with my order, I sent an e-mail and without any questions they replace the strips and had them mail to address in just a couple of days. I have worked with this company for sereral years now and will continue to do so for a long time, thier equipment works just right and with great prices I might add. I would deal with this company for all my products.
I responded to an add for a free evaluation. The rep was great and did not push me to buy. About five months later i called tep back and said i needed the new filter system. Installation man was wonderful, very knowledgeable, curtious and i was 100! Satisfied. Bad taste in water gone. Thank you and may God bless you.
I've been using my Amway filtration under counter for about 18yrs. The current filters are no longer available and discontinued. I was very pleased that your filters, although a little smaller, were a perfect solution for my needs. Thank you. I definitely will recommend your products to my friends and family.
The installation pictures could have been more exp[licit. My very experienced plumber had a hard time understanding the directions. But the pump is more than I expected, pressure way up from 30 # and very quiet.

I have not installed the product yet so this is not a performance review. I ordered a Puro RO system and an additional set of cartridge refills. All I got was the refills. My order showed has having been completed. When I called, the error was acknowledged. And the RO system itself was sent out and I received it a week later. Given the difference in size, price, weight etc, it seems "sloppy" handling.
Placed an order in January, 1 month went by and nothing. Sent an email for an update and was told it was backordered. With a 30 day estimated ship. That passed and still nothing. Then magically 3 months later it appeared on my step. This company needs to communicate better with customers and products.
I needed help in ordering new filters for my RO system & Zak was the best! He knew the products well, answered my questions & 2 days later the order was on my front porch; all the way from SC to MI. I'm recommending this company, for sure!

Was very pleased at first, my order shipped within 24 hours of placing it. Opened it and it was the wrong product. The lids were right but got jugs not jars. So after the hassle of contacting their customer service, thought things were straightened out... only to get my replacement and they sent me 1 instead of the 4 I had ordered. They did, however, charge me AGAIN for the 4 I had ordered... So I have now paid for 8 jars and have only received 1
Package arrived in good order, all parts and manuals present and accounted for.
I have placed the system in the kitchen, but have not used it yet. Will be glad to do this again when I have some experience with the unit.
We had some trouble installing the in-line filter because it was different from the one we were replacing. There were NO instructions included in the box and the owner's manual and website did not provide enough information for us to adapt the substitute filter part. However, I called for help and the person I spoke to was very helpful and very clear about how to install the new part and we were able to proceed without further problems.
This is the second time I ordered a water pump from Freshwater Systems, and the second time they inadequately packed the pump. The shipping gorillas must have dropped the box containing the pump both times, and the support bracket on the bottom bent causing one of the rubber feet to pop off. It is not possible to return the support bracket to its original, unbent shape, so the pump sits unbalanced.
The pump, both times, was barely packed with any padding. I would rather pay for "shipping and handling" if free shipping means that items from this shop will be inadequately packed.
In the meantime, I may consider getting similar items from another site.
We have a Shaklee's Best Water Countertop Unit and the spigot on it wore out. I was so surprised after looking all over... to find one easily on the Freshwater Systems web site. It was sent out promptly. Very happy.
I received the wrong o ring with the filter after having the order on back order for 3 weeks. After very polite 2 emails to your dept. I didn't receive a response or a remedy. I will never purchase from your company again and will rate negatively anywhere I can.
They always deliver parts which are ordered on time, and the parts are of the quality which is specified. However the recommendations given on designing new systems are not always timely and sometimes parts with too low of a pressure rating were suggested (resulting in failures down the road), as well as having problems referencing past orders when they changed over all of their old part numbers.
I called for the product, payed instantly. When it didnt arrive, I checked the tracking, it was sent to wrong address. That was 2 weeks. I called, there was no hurry up or Im sorry. In fact, they sent me a "no charge" for sending it... again. Oh ya, It arrived 2 weeks later. So you held my money, while I waited through inefficiency. An Im sorry would have been nice..
Ordered a filter and got an e-mail explaining it was on back order and would ship by a certain date. That date came and went and hadn't received notification of shipping. Emailed to have it cancelled as I was just going to pick it up in store however that one e-mail they seemed to not receive to respond to unlike the others we had corresponded with back and forth previously... I will just purchase in store or through another site in the future.
