This was my first time ordering from FragranceBuy and I was honestly impressed. I placed my order on a Monday and received it by Thursday — super fast! Everything arrived well-packaged and authentic, which is always a concern when buying fragrances online. I'll definitely be shopping here again and recommending it to friends who love a good scent deal!
The last two products I ordered from you had the wrong delivery address. Good thing you send an alert that the package is on its way. The last time it happened, I sent an email and a text to the delivery company and they STILL delivered it to the wrong address. The address is correct on the FB account. I had to wait 3 additional days for my fragrance.
FragranceBuy really tries to get the customer's satisfaction and it shows. All of my purchases of fragrances have been through this site. The customer reviews are mostly honest and dependable. I've done many blind buys here. The shipments are fast and well documented. They have many sales going on.You can't go wrong here.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted.
No free samples included as promised.
The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.

It would be much better to get faster delivery and not have to wait a week for my orders. For example, Perfumeonline delivers in one day, and it's a pleasure to buy from them

So, here is my first than perfect experiance with Fragbuy. I purchased an extremely beautiful(and expensive) fragrance not too long ago, and was excited for my new frag, but when I opened it, I noticed that the label was a little crooked and the batch code sticker was missing. So I contacted them and Akshita responded, quickly! She obviously tried to explain what might have happened, but after hearing my issues she quickly understood and immediatley sent me a pdf for free shipping return. Awesome! Full marks for Akshita! She made the whole experiance work! Thank You, Akshita! "Disclaimer" It has only been a week and have not received my refund yet so shit can still go sideways, but I am hopeful for a smooth resolution of this issue
Apollonia has been on my wish list for years now, and I couldn't really justify the retail price, so I'm very happy to see FragranceBuy has it in stock for half the price. Awesome shopping experience and authentic products.
When I initially got the package, I opened it up and I was surprised to see how well protective everything was. First of all there was a print out about fragrance by.ca which for most fragrance companies they don't do they just usually send it in a plain box, second, it was the most protective box I've seen in a long while when it comes to fragrances. There is packing peanuts everywhere and all the fragrances that I bought (5) were spaced out so that none of them were at the sides of the box and none of them were touching each other. This is hands-down, one of the best experiences with the custom printout inside the box lid, and the overall protection of the fragrances.
Fragrancebuy obviously has the best prices around four I would not be shopping there lol service is great product gets to you very quickly only thing I can say negative it's very addictive to shop at this place
I'm not sure if this is my second or third order with fragrancebuy.ca And that's five bottles plus orders all of them delivered fast and accurately let's get those restock soon so we can buy more stuff lol
I've ordered from fragrance buy in the past and have been happy with the condition the perfumes have came in, even going back to repurchase the same perfume and even 2 years later the order and shipping is still great. I've been introduced to this site by another buyer and I'll most likely use this for all future perfume purchases because it has great deals, great condition and amazing shipping times. Nothings arrived damaged, the perfume is authentic and the customer service is very attentive.

Pretty good, but I wish I can sort the products based on brand name on the app as well. Ordering was easy. I wish FedEx would have provided a better service. That could find my address. The products I ordered was exactly what I asked for.
What I order arrived. It was well packaged and in good condition. Armani Code Parfum is exactly I wanted. Givenchy EDT intense is lovely and the Versace Homme is a good safe clean frag.
Had a great experience with the site and the shipping and packaging was top notch. Shipment arrived in good time and in good shape. Really appreciate the biodegradable packing peanuts and well.
Great service & speedy delivery. The price has gone up about 40% from when I last bought a couple years ago, but hopefully this is a cap of price markup. I will be a customer for life if they never stop carrying this in stock and a a good discount as this scent is underrated. My wife loves it beyond measure, and unfortunately when I go out I always get compliments from other women. Have to take the good, with the bad with this one!;)
