You guys don't give samples with purchases unlike other fragrance sellers. It wouldn't hurt to include one to three samples in an order. Yes your service is top notch and your fragrances are original but there's always room to do better with customers, especially returning ones
FragranceBuy offers consistently good service in my shopping experience with them. Shipping is as fast as you can expect for this sort of retailer, and the selection has always been great. Email support has always responded quickly in case I needed anything.
The one thing that I would criticize them about is that there had been a minor redesign to the website a few months ago, and the sorting options seem to glitch out often.
