There are many books that guide you to lose weight but 4 week diet is the best of all. It clearly explains what our body needs in order to lose excessive weight and also highlights the benefits of exercise and internal motivation in the journey of losing weight. This book 4-week diet apart from giving my weight loss journey a push, has helped me maintain a healthier lifestyle. I think this book is a game changer and every person should read it to lead a better and healthy life.

I am not one of those creature of habit type people so upon reading this diet plan I was a bit skeptical I could pull through the whole routine but I did and the effects are quite splendid. The gradual addition of exercise regiment and a proper intake of calories really helped out in managing my weight. I think by keeping this schedule and exercise plan in this site is going to keep the weight off and make me enjoy a healthier routine. I feel better carrying it out for the past four weeks and I am hoping to keep doing it as instructed in this diet plan.

I was made to believe that losing chunk of weight over a short period of time is very dangerous, but thanks to 4 weeks diet plan that I came to knew more dangerous is the body fat that I am carrying around in my belly.
I was following the pattern where I lose 1-2 kg in a period of month or so but it wasnt enough. Now in my view if a diet is showing result within a limited time than its for me else I have to look for something else.
Amazing Book, a must read for people who are interested in losing weight.

Great book! Everything about gaining and losing weight is explained in detail, and most importantly, this amazing book really helps to lose weight to the desired amount and keep it of. The 4 Week Diet was very helpful, I lost 13 lbs and now I feel pretty in my skin again! The 4 Week Diet book describes a system of nutrition and offers sample menu, which can be modified and adjusted. It is a whole psychology of weight-loss and the right way of living explained in detail. If you struggle with losing weight like I did in the past, try this book, you will learn and do a lot for your health. It doesn't do wonders, but teaches YOU how to do them.

Losing weight has been my greatest challenge, despite working very hard. By working hard I mean the use of different diets to the latter without tangible results, as well as exercising regularly.
Some months ago, a friend recommended me to get a copy of "The 4 Week Diet" if I really need to use an effective diet. Through curiosity, I got a copy and followed the 4-week diet.
To my surprise, the diet is effective, and I have lost weight.

I have read enough reviews to feel skeptical about diets but the 4 Week Diet was something else entirely for me. I felt comfortable on this diet in a way that I do not feel with other diets. The goal behind sticking to a diet is that you feel as though it is something that you can stick to with this diet I felt as though I could manage the entire process rather handily. If you want to get ready for summer (or just want to transition to a healthier lifestyle as I did) you really owe it to yourself to try the 4 Week Diet to see why it is so different from other diets.

Great book

It's one of those book that you kinda must read, if you want to know about your body and how to keep it in a great shape.
We want to lose weight, we want to be slim, but we don't really know how to do that, and we let others influence our choices with their diets. I do recommend this book, because it's essential to know how YOUR body works, how food is processed, what to exercise and what to eat, to be in shape and not just slim. Being healthy, knowing your BMI and so many other things this book reveals. It's not a dieting book, or a " how to loose weight" it's a book that learns you how to have a balanced life style

The 4 week diet really helps you in maintaining a healthy and balanced diet. It really keeps you motivated to stick to the diet, which helps you burn more calories and see results in the allotted time of the diet. This book absolutely changed my life! It advertises that youll lose 20+ pounds and it delivers! It starts off by explaining how people become overweight then it details how to reverse the process. I was blown away by how in-depth and scientific all the information was. The book teaches you all about different foods that you should eat and how you should exercise to drop weight. I would totally recommend this to anyone who needs to drop a few sizes in a short amount of time! I did this diet right before my sisters wedding and received a bunch of compliments on how good I looked in my dress!
