I love their clothing. I mostly shop online, though, because their staff at the stores are sometimes a bit too snarky for my liking.
I ordered 7 pieces of clothing from them and they came relatively quickly and fit me. So J can't really complain. I'd order from them again.
After all the hair accesories weren't that bad + got a cool dress, but don't buy things too expensive if u dont't have a forever21 store in ur city for being refund, like me. Me being a bigger girl I was thrilled to see forever21 had a plus size option. I ordered 8 shirts and 2 dresses. All of the dresses were 2x or and the shirts were 3x. I'm a 1x/2x normally but I decided to go a lil bigger because the tops and the dresses didn't look stretchy since they're were all 100% polyester. After a week I got my order and was sadly disappointed. Out of the 10 clothing options only 1 fit that I kept. I repeat 1. The 3x couldnt even get over me. I was shocked. Normally 3x from torrid, sears, rainbow, rue 21, etc are huge, but the 3x from forever fit like a really small 1x. My bestfriend who is an extra large couldn't even fit into the 2x dresses. Also all the shirts seemed like they were crop tops and not long in length at all. I'm 5'4 and the shirts barely covered my belly. One of them that did fit was way to short and exposed my belly button. This is so petty to have plus size clothing run like this. Also they aren't even made with stretchy material or even long enough to cover someone belly. I will never shop with this company again. If you're going to promote plus size clothing make the clothing ACTUALLY PLUS SIZE!

To call it service is a disservice. I ordered an item over 3 weeks ago. Recieved a message stating my item has been delivered. Well that's funny I haven't recieved anything. Called customer service and kept getting an automated message. I had to call one of the stores to get the correct number (the one on my online receipt wasn't correct). Finally get someone on the line, it goes from bad to worse. I was told that they wouldn't do anything about it. I was told that I would be emailed a form to complete for a refund. I have yet to recieve that form. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I got the run around. No supervisor was available to assistant me. I could hold the line for 24-48 hours if I would like, that was the time frame given for a supervisor to take my call. I called the joke of corporate multiple times. It was worse than customer service. All automated, no live person. I left multiple unanswered messages. I called customer service again to learn that my item was on it's way back to Forever 21. Wtf. No item and still no refund.
Me && My boyfriend Was At The Forever 21 At 490 Fulton St. Hilary In The Fitting Room Was Very Helpful iHad Tried A Medium size In A Beautiful Dress, But It Wasn't Fitting To My Liking, iTold Her && She Went In the Room Where They Keep All The Items That People Tried But Didnt Like && Found The Dress In A Large Which Ended Up Fitting Perfectly. Everything Was Great Until It Was Time To Check Out. The Guy Who Processed My Transaction Name Is Dronn, He Was On His Phone When iWalked Up, Didn't Even Look At Me Just Stayed In His Phone && Told Me To put My Item down, Now My Boyfriend Had A Transaction Of His Own, James Was the Cashier That dealt With him, He Was Rude, && Kept Putting His Money down On The Counter, iWould Have Gave Them 5 Stars But Their Cashiers Still need Training.
The doesn't accept the return of the items on sale. Never to buy anything again from here not recommended
Honestly if could leave less than 1 star I would. WORST customer service! Either they don't train their representatives to be able to actually help customers, or they don't want to.
Placed a $40 online order 2 weeks ago. It was lost by Fedex. Supposedly F21 put in a claim and Fedex never received it. They've now put it on me the customer to go back and forth with Fedex who says they have no record of a claim. I now have to wait another 8-10 days to get the "result" of them putting in another claim to Fedex so F21 can get the refund before they give it to me...
To me, if you cared about your customers, you would just pay up the $40 right away and then YOU as a company, coordinate with Fedex to get the return. You don't put that on your customer who paid for your product and it was lost by the carrier. Stop being so cheap. I'm in marketing & know it's a lot less expensive to retain current customers than to get new ones. Well based on my experience and reviews I've seen you're doing a good job of losing customers. Hope you're prepared to spend more money to get new customers to steal from than just pony up the refund.
UPDATE: 8/14/18
Got on live chat with Forever 21 since last week they again told me I had to wait another 8-10 days for an update on my case... shocking! I was flat out lied to by one of their reps. She said Fed Ex had denied my claim for the lost package and now F21 was waiting on dispute paperwork from Fed Ex. Immediately I call Fed Ex to learn why this was the case only to find out it WASN'T! The case was still open and they had stuff to send over to F21 today to issue the refund.
I told Fed Ex that I would keep in contact with them so they can keep me updated on when the refund was sent by Fed Ex to F21, and received by F21. So when I reach out to F21 beyond that, if they try to tell me the case is denied, or still open, or any of this type of nonsense, I will take legal action. I feel like they are now not only stingy with bad customer service, but are also liars and thieves. I will not take this lightly!
I buy from them all the time! Their prices are reasonable for the quality and my orders arrive in the time frame promised.
I went into the Lenox Square location and there was a young lady there who was new to me because I live near and go there all the time. When I went to the register to pay for my merch she greeted me with a brilliant smile and clear happiness on her face. We bonded over the style of jeans I was purchasing and I discovered she was a flower child like myself She told me about some jeans that she had purchased and thought I would love and asked if I would like to see them. After she rung me up she checked to ensure her coworkers were in the clear and asked me to wait a minute because there were no more left on the Sales floor but she remembered seeing a bunch in back stock. As she approached me with the jeans in her hand out of nowhere a rude man who I determined was her manager interrupted our conversation by saying she was hard headed and does not listen. If it wasn't for the fact that this young lady was so kind and customer service driven I would have put them down and walked away. I absolutely loved the jeans just ad she thought and got back in the line to purchase. As I was leaving I let her know that I bought the Jean's and thanked her because I truly liked them, I was amazed at not only how she had the eye for my taste which is vastly different from what people wear today but I was most impressed by her friendly and welcoming attitude and in how she exceeded my expectations and went above her basic duties to assist me. I plan on writing to headquarters or the owner because the fact that he could clearly see she was helping a customer I am irate at the fact that he felt the need to chastise her and berate her in my presence. It was uncalled for and totally unprofessional. I'm big on customer service and am not impressed these days with the lack thereof. I'll definitely shop there and look for her again, just as I plan on contacting corporate to tell them that my shopping experience was overshadowed by a rude and disrespectful Manager.
I shopped at Forever 21 just because their stuff is cheap. But then I found their service also CHEAP. It was a very painful experience shopping at their offline store because I couldn't find what I wanted on the online catalogue, and the workers there don't want to help. Most of them just said, "We can't remember where all the stuff is. You can just search by yourself."
Okay. So to save my time searching at their unorganized store, I decided to shop online. And this experience really got me mad right now.
So, I order several items from their online store, and one of the items came totally wrong. I ordered flowery top (the name of the item also contains "flower" word), and it came to me as rainbow stripes color!
I returned it using their return envelope that already has address on it, I asked for exchange with the same item on the picture. I read their rules, it is said the process takes 2 weeks, so I wait until almost 2 months. I heard nothing from them, so I decided to contact them.
So, I think they don't have the item I wanted, and when I go to my email to check the order number, they change the picture with rainbow stripes! But they still have "floral" name on the item's name. How can floral represent stripes?

Glad I had the screenshot from the old email with the right picture. So I have proof even though they're trying to fake it.
And after I asked for refund, they're saying they never got it back and blame it on UPS! They said they don't have the store located on the address we sent the item. (Hello... I sent it using the return envelope they put in the package. How in the world they don't have store there?)
I checked on UPS and they said, yes, it was a store. They sent it to Forever 21 store.
At this point I need to warn everyone not to buy things online from them. If anything happened and you need to return or get refund, they'll string you along with whatever excuses they can make.
Very disappointed with their service. I decide not to go to any of their stores anymore. They don't care about the customer, so I won't bother buying things from them.
They never gave me any notice about picking up a check and didn't pay me. A horrible company and trash clothes

Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
