Sent for a Champion sweatshirt. Since I'm not a rewards member I paid a hefty fee for shipping on top of the price of the item. They use ground shipping and it takes 8-10 days to arrive. The item was a gift so when I saw it was only available at footlocker I ordered it 2 weeks in advance. Got my item in a holiday weekend. The sweatshirt had dirt stains on both arms and some on the back bottom cuff. I attached a photo, it looks worse on the actual item them photos. It's a light color and stains were very visible, it looks worn. I called and footlocker...

Phone rep followed the footlocker phone script and policy. Not much concern for delivering a customer a dirty product that appeared worn. An exchange lable and another 10 day wait. But be careful buying from this company! Had I wished to return the dirty defective sweatshirt(buy it else wear quickly in time to give as a gift) I would need to pay an expensive restocking fee! I hate being forced to give companies my money when they don't give good service and send out defective merchandise! So this will be my first and last purchase at Footlocker. I will attempt to try to wash the sweatshirt and explain to my family member why it appears used - not new with tags. Thanks Footlocker!
After leaving your location on East Broad Street in Columbus Ohio, It's very upsetting that my name was entered roll into a raffle and I was then called to my name was pulled, as I go to pick up my shoes the associate looks me and my eyes "NOPE, I only have girls names here" I thought to myself this is very unprofessional and I feel like the men there are sexiest and sell shoes on to who they want to sell them to! I'm very disappointed.
I ordered shoes august 14, they created a shipping label on the 19th, they have already charged my credit card, wont give me a refund, because they are in transit, but wont ship for another 10 days or so, I wont ever buy from footlocker again, now if they would emailed with this information, that would be acceptable, but to have to wait on the phone for 41 minutes the first time, and another 19 minutes the second time, unexceptable. Online orderser BEWARE!
I want to say I went to the mall at Merle Hay Mall Des Moines Iowa and the assistant manager Alexis she was very rude and smelled of alcoholic and was straggling all over the place very unprofessional and will not being going back there might want to check what kind people you are hiring to run your store worst experience ever

I bought a pair of shoes and just received 1in the box. I never seen this before. Hope they take care of my case. Couldn't speak to someone yet.
Shopping went like a breeze. All the stuff got delivered as ordered and right on time. Got to compare their price with the retail price in singapore - miles apart.
I ordered one bag of crew socks. One stupid bag of socks. They apparently tried to deliver it 3 times during the day when I was at work and for some unknown reason wouldn't leave it at my building. Finally I call them and after waiting on hold 45 mins I'm told to go pick it up at a FedEx location. So I trek to FedEx in the freezing cold with my 6 year old child to be told that without a tracking number they can't do anything. Foot locker had never given me a tracking number and in fact I didn't even know it was shipped by FedEx. After coming home I called Foot locker again. After another 45 mins wait I tell them just give me a refund because I don't have time to go all the way back ti FedEx with my 6 year old daughter. What's the answer? Sorry sir we can't do anything. You just need to go pick up the item at the FedEx location. I argued. Nothing. So now I have spent 3 hours just today for one $20 bag of socks which I don't have. I hope it's worth it because I will never in my life buy anything from Foot locker again.

Just placed this order last night. This morning i received an email saying my order was ready I was excited since this was christmas gift. I called the store to assure it was ready gentleman in the store said it was ready. I also obtained instructions on how to get in quick and leave since i avoid the mall as much as possible. It has been years since i have been there since they tend to hire a lot of teenagers that are not professional or know how to conduct business. I arrived gave my email receipt to the gentleman he goes to the back for a few minutes. Then comes back and tells me they dont have it and i would have to wait for them to call me. I stated that i just called and someone could have told me that before i drive into crazy parking lot with all these christmas shoppers. I then asked Andrew which i believe was the manager, for a refund since i did not plan on going through this again. He refused and said he would have to wait for product to arrive so he could do refund. I then called foot locker customer service for them to refund me. She refunded me the amount and told me it would take about 7-10 days for refund to reflect. Needless to say i wont be shopping here again and being in customer service you would think they would offer some alternative solution but no attempt was made. This place does not care about its customers.
Where is my money footlocker? 15days since you received my faulty, soiled good you sent to me. Disgraceful and utter disappointment. You should be ashamed of the way you are treating people.
Footlocker in Robinson has a thief working there his name is zyhere young I watched him steal countless shoes out of y'all store in Robinson mall he is a thief I tried to buy the Jordan 11 on the release date but he said they were raffle out then someone showed me his page him selling y'all shoes for his prices I got proof I literally saw him put shoes in a box and the lightskin girl said to take it to the dumpster like she steal to or something I will never shop in footlocker again y'all suck y'all don't care about customers at all

Ordered my 16 year old son a pair of shoes from foot locker after reading review after review, and this pair said "TRUE FIT". When you wear a size 16, you obviously cannot walk into foot locker to try them on, because why would you want to carry larger sizes in the store? That makes no sense. Ordered the shoes, they were an entire size to big. My son put the shoes on, IN THE HOUSE, had them on less than one minute, took them off placed them back in the box and sent them back for a smaller size. Received them back today stating "we do not accept used shoes, the return is not acceptable". I call customer service, who states the refund department determined they are used, and we cannot help you, asked for a manager who states you cannot talk to the refund department they do not accept calls or emails, decisions are final. I kindly stated, in your stores, do people not try on shoes, and walk around? So do you sell "used or dirty shoes in your stores?" So wouldn't this be unacceptable? No answer to that. Looked up corporate, who states their core values are integrity, leadership, excellence, service, teamwork, innovation and community. FOOTLOCKER you are a big hit and miss on your core values and your refund department. I will never buy from you again, and thank you for making buying shoes for a 16 year old kid a challenge, as if life isn't challenging enough, you make buying shoes a bigger challenge. Congratulations on meeting your core values! I cannot even give you one star, because you suck that badly.

I had order 2 weeks ago shoes for my sister and myself for xmas. They said they didn't have the shoes sizes i wanted in store, but were able to confirm that they had the sizes in other stores and, once the order was put through, the system can order from those stores/factory to be delivered to the store i just purchased from or to my home, both free of charge. Excellent, awesome customer service in store as i paid for both shoes. 2 and a bit weeks go by, nothing. I wait for 43 minutes(!) on the phone as the emails and chat bot were going nowhere to find out my order was cancelled, and even if i did want to re-order, they now had no stock for either shoe... thanks i hate it, way to ruin christmas. They had the audacity to be triumphant in noticing the lack of stock this morning and cancelled my order... when that's when I was spamming them about where my order was and where was the tracking in the first place. Probably cancelled it after I ALERTED THEM OF THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Just buy in store, don't trust online, and lord help you if you need customer help and turn to their call centre service.

I ordered the Jordan 11's Cap N Gown the minute they dropped on the website. Got a order confirmation ect. Call the store in my town, they still had some in stock, No need though since i had ordered online with free shipping. 5 hours later... get an email. Order has been cancelled shoe is sold out. LMAO then how did i buy it? I even check the site several times after i purchased and the shoes were still available on the site for 2 or 3 hours after i bought... So im just baffled how my order which was done the minute they launched was cancelled. And now my local store is sold out. Youve screwed me completely Footlocker. Thanks for nothing.
