I started to create an account (all I did was put in my email and create a password) but stopped once I realized it costed money. Simple enough. I then received multiple spam like emails from Flexjobs other the course of 16 hours. I tried unsubscribing but the unsubscribe link led me to their FAQ page instead of a simple unsubscribe. I then went through virtual chat for help who sent me a CCPA to have my information deleted and (big surprise) the link was broken! I went back onto their website and have messaged them again requested my information be removed and unsubscribed.

This "service" is a joke. I signed up and one of the perks was supposed to be a Resume' review, which was the primary reason I joined. I submitted my resume' and got an automated email saying "we could not review your resume because it is blank or not written in english". My resume' was written in English, which is my native language, and was fully complete. I reached out multiple times to ask why it was not getting reviewed, and never got any reply. I finally got an email after elevating the issue, but not a helpful response. I ended up just canceling my subscription. I got zero value from this, and it is not worth even $1 per month.

Had trouble saving my job searches and found that the recommended jobs that were being emailed to me were not aligned with my searches, qualifications, or preferences. Other than that, it was very user friendly, had a lot of informative and helpful webinars and articles that made rewriting my resume, applying for jobs, and preparing for interviews a lot less intimidating. Beware of the hidden refund policy. They state that there is a money back guarantee for the first 14 days but you get only 50% of the billed amount. Nowhere in plane sight (billing information, FAQ) is stated so. The information is really good hidden in the Terms of service. You can get the full amount only in the day you have been registered which is logically the most unlikely thing to do - to do pay for a service and immediately back off. A little bit of shady

Some of the user interfaces are a bit weird. When the job description is on the right side of the screen, the title part is fixed, leaving only a tiny sliver of screen to read the description, this is worse when the job title is super long. Otherwise, it's fine. Nothing fancy.
