I wish faster shipping at a better rate was avalible. I'm using the free shipping because UPS Ground was like $10. Also being able to see some examples of engraving or what exactly it will look like would have been nice. But I have the light now and the engraving looks good. Thank you.

The switch was not in stock but I was promptly notified and given option to continue or refund. I chose to wait for it, it took about 3 weeks to get it. I received courteous and prompt communications.

Somehow I made a mistake and ordered the wrong idem I called customer service, and they responded in a positive way that wasn't suprising to me. All in all a great company to do bussiness with!

I ordered two lights and two flar wonds for my lights, the only thing to show up on my final bill was the two yellow wonds and not the lights. I have tried to reorder three times and still no hand held lights. The wonds won't due me any good without the lights.

It sucked I didn't get what I paid for I paid for six entire lights but only got one light two batteries and six pieces that hold the light that fit different guns

Product evidently had to be special ordered directly from the manufacturer by the dealer. An employee promptly got in touch to advise of the delay & kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
