Loving my OLED TV. Product is brand new as described. Shipping takes a couple of weeks but its worth the wait.
I saw this Oled TV listed on Ebay; couldn't believe the price as it was $1100 less than listed other places. I contacted Firstclasstvs twice to make sure it was a USA model with full warranty and they responded instantly. I decided to order the TV which was delivered later that week. It was in perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful. I still can't believe the price and I will definitely buy from them again. Great seller with great prices.

Shipping process can be improved
Firstclasstv was prompt in answering any of my questions and overall service qas good. Shipping was little slow as it was delivered to local warehouse but sat about a week before I got delivery from that point. However they were nice and provided good service once the item was deliveres to my house. (Open vox and tested unit).

Great, I contact Firstclasstvs.com because on the invoice my phone number was wrong. Firstclasstvs.com contact me back letting me know they would take care of it with the trucking company. I gave them my new phone number. The trucking company called me and brought out the TV. They unboxed it and check for damages and set it up for me. Great service! I would recommend you to family and friends.
