Upon entering in the Carolina Place Mall Finish Line we seen 3 of the same shoes priced at $160, $160, & $70. We were assisted by a sales associate and she seen the shoes pricing as well. We told her the sizes we wanted and she then proceeded to speak with a member of her management. After going to retrieve the 3 pairs of the Nike Air 97 and we tried them on the associate rung up one pair. She stated rhe total price was $168.**. My mother in law asked what happened to the $70 price. The manager who spoke with us stated the shoe was missed marked. This was never told to us prior to retrieving the shoes from the back that the shoes were at the $160 price. We were then approached by another employee who failed to properly explain what should have taken place. It just really is sad where this Finish Line has a group of ignorant Black humans working with the public Very disrespectful and inappropriately dressed for the business. I was very disappointed and Finish Line has left a very Distasteful mark with me.
I spent well over 100 dollars on a nice pair of shoes and a t-shirt. The shirt still had the security ink tag on it, and they only gave me ONE shoe! I am so outraged.
I will never Order from you gays again I ordered a 141.00$ pair of shoes and never got them then I called and they said they where delivered they never came I'm so pissed right now
I recently bought a pair of these shoes last week on a Tuesday (mind you I ordered another pair and they came within a day or so and they were fine) and I got them a week later. I opened the box and to my surprise the shoes were not packaged in any kind of way and looks as though someone just through them in the box and shipped it. After examining the shoes I noticed that they looked worn and they were obliviously not new. They have some scruff marks on them, hair and dirt inside of the shoes, a red stain on the right front shoe, etc. It's as if someone saw that I ordered the same size, style, and shoe they had on and just replaced it with theirs. It's a shame that we are blessed and fortunate enough for some to still have jobs, giving back to the economy, patronizing businesses and we received corrupt service like this. Now there's no more of that style of shoe so I can't get a replacement which would have been fine with. Just disappointing to say the least. Called customer service and the first lady was no help but the other seemed more apologetic and stated that she were going to submit a ticket for it (which the first lady mentioned nothing of but just a refund) but we will see. They only offered a $20 credit which I appreciate but being that I got unusual service like this according to the rep, seems like I should be offered more. Heading to google, yelp, etc.
Finish line is the most horrible ugly place to get shoes from. Their customer service SUCKS. They dont filollow through with what they say. Even the customer specialist are a joke. Order shoes and my package never arrive I called them and ask for a replacement waited 2 weeks only to find out they had cancel my order. They did not had the courtesy to inform me of the change or at least notify me to get my refund. Finish Line is DISHONEST, LIARS, AND DECEIVERS DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM.

I wear Nike's every day & own a lot of sneakers, almost every pair bought from Finish Line.
I received an online order today I placed Sunday.
When I opened the box I was shocked to see 2 different sneakers.
They weren't even the same size.
I ordered the white & grey.
The wrong sneaker looked like it had been worn & was yellowed.
I was actually wearing my pair of the white
(wrong) sneakers, they're over 3 yrs old & they look better than the sneaker I received!
I called customer service & explained what happened & that I'd like to reorder them & asked if they could send them express or rush shipping ( their quickest options) free of charge due to the error.
They told me no, you're free to return them & exchange or reorder. Seriously?!?!
Of course I know I have those options.
Mistakes happen, but the fact they're unwilling to assist a customer in making an error right is unacceptable to me.
I guess it's time to find another sneaker store.
I purchased a hoodie and a pants from the finishline site A Nike tech outfit the shipped the pants but not the hoodie. This top cost $145.00. I tried reaching out and getting no response. Christmas is next week and I have one.peice of outfit to give not the fullset.

NO it is NOT! I placed an order with Finish Line on February 28,2020 and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PURCHASE! Mind you Finish line charged my debit card but I NEVER received my shoes. Every time I try to check my status it gives me a new delivery date every time. They also refuse to refund my money! COVID 19 is the blame for me NOT RECEIVING my shoes so they say. I Finally Decided to purchase the AJ 7 White/Black/Cardinal Red/Chutney! When They arrived i noticed a funny ODOR coming from them! When i Looked at the bottom they were obviously warned For a LOOOONG TIME! I immediately returned them to the store! And Funny the associate glanced at them and never asked why I was returning! I feel for the next buyer hope they look at the shoes immediately! Wish I took PIcs! I was just heated and wanted my money back!
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and after 2 weeks of waiting, I find out they are out of stock. No one bothered to send me an email or a text. Terrible service.

Like most customers here I got burned by their Black Friday shopping issues. I filled my shopping cart over 20 items, checked out, got the confirmation email. Week after I realized only 3 of them showed up! I check the order status and most of them was canceled. I called the customer service and listened to the same lame BS; that some of them were not in stock. I understand that it is possible to have inventory issues but WHY the confirmation email stating everything is good? WHY is there a no follow up email notifying the customer item has been canceled?
All those items were Christmas gifts that I have checked off my list. Had I known some of my purchases didn't make it, I would have shopped else where. Now I missed all the deals.
Oh. By the way all my rewards points were zerod out as well, even the my existing points, $30 worth of reward dollars, all gone...
This is not a way to run a e-commerce business. In cases of issues like then customer service should kick in to rectify the matter. Since that was missing as well this was clearly intentional border line scam order processing.

I want to share my experience with the finish line in Naples Florida went to visit the store to purchase several shoes for my kids and wife on 12/1/22 around 6:40 PM in the stores employees pretty much closed the gates at 6:40 PM according to the hours of coastland Mall or to 7 PM and they cannot give any explanation why the store was closed at 6:40 after work in a very long day of work and driving across town to get gifts for my family this is not the way of treating customers at all and again it was only 640 and the store closes at seven it seems like they have very poor management at that store especially now in the holidays I hope this is helpful for some people thank you have a great evening
We ordered a pair of expensive shoes for our Grandson for his birthday from Finish Line online at their website. Finishline.com showed the shoes were in stock and ready to be shipped. We payed for the shoes and the money was immediately deducted from our account. The order confirmation stated "allow 24 to 48 hours to receive tracking number". We finally received the tracking info 4 days later and when we checked on shipping status it said "Order Cancelled".
We called their customer service and were told they didn't have the shoes and wouldn't get anymore. They never notified us in any way about the cancellation and just let us find out ourselves via tracking. It is now more than a week and we still haven't received our money back. The worst part is we didn't find out about the order cancellation in time to order replacements for his birthday.
We could have bought the shoes elsewhere, but decided to buy from Finish Line because we thought they were reputable. STAY AWAY FROM FINISH LINE unless you are looking for trouble.
Btw we were able to purchase exact replacements elsewhere for $15 less. But we are still out the cost of 2 pairs and are concerned if we will ever receive our refund.
I ordered a pair of shoes on 3/4/16. I received order confirmation and a tracking #. The shoes arrived at the local post office on 3/9/16. Today is 3/16/16 and I still have yet to receive the shoes. I went to my local post office they do not have the package. I contacted UPS they referred me back to Finish line. I call to Finish line talk to 4 different reps. 3 refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor. One promised to reorder the shoes, but the shoes are out of stock. She just wanted to get me off of the line. No one can tell me where my shoes are and when I will receive them. The reps keep telling me what I'm see through tracking the package that it is at the local post office, but they don't know which one. I was told by another rep the only thing they could do was refund my money I was simply out of luck on the shoe. The last rep informed me that they could refund my money, but I may receive the package and I will be charged. She can't confirm when I will receive it though. It could be a week, a month, a year for all they know. I am very upset and disappointed this was a gift for my daughter and it really was a huge let down!
I ordered my son a pair of black and red Jordans using a cyber 20 coupon code only offered during cyber week. It was also free shipping. When my shoes arrived in the mail they were girls pink and black. I double checked my order online and sure enough they sent me the wrong ones. I called customer service, which was no help at all, and ended up returning to my local store. I waited for the money to be refunded to me so I could reorder the shoes. I put them in my cart and realized that I am now going to have to pay over $20.00 more for them because the free shipping and cyber20 coupon were no longer active. I called customer service where I was told there was nothing they could do. I explained the situation several time to her and she eventually said to just place the order and call back once I received the email confirmation. I did just that and the lady who helped me this time had no clue about what was going on despite the previous lady telling me she would put notes in my order. I went over the situation again and they still weren't able to give me the price I originally ordered them at. I've ordered quite a few pairs of shoes from them, but I think this will be the final order from me. Customer service really shows how much a company cares about its customers. Extremely disappointed!
FinishLine has some awfully lousy deals on shoes. I checked some of their prices against Amazon and they did not compare favorably. FinishLine also has poor customer service. I'd skip it.
I ordered a pair of Nike's from finishline.com. Came in, they were too big, so I returned them in-store and they ordered my size and had it sent to my house. The shoes never showed up, so I called customer service. They said they didn't know what happened to the shoes, so they ordered them again. Again, they never came. So I called AGAIN and just told them to give me my money back — not worth the hassle. But then they refunded me less than I paid... it was only 7 bucks difference, but I was so irritated by this point that yes, I called and told them they owe me 7 dollars. The girl argued with me for 15 minutes, telling me that I "didn't pay for shipping" when I definitely did and had a receipt to prove it. After her telling me over and over again that I "never paid for shipping," I finally said "I'm the customer and you're arguing with me over seven dollars. Can you just go ahead and take care of this for me please?" Then after being on hold (again), she finally told me she processed my refund. Good grief! I ordered from Amazon after that and my shoes showed up in just a few days. Do yourself a favor and don't bother ordering from Finish Line.

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
