I purchased the "Flight" pattern flatware and we love it. Previously had the "Butler" design but it was actually sharp at the end of the handle... very uncomfortable!
I bought a whole new set of flatware for everyday use. After 42 years many pieces of my original Oneida were missing. I bought Oneida Marquette. Beautiful shiny and fancy enough for holidays. Price was great and free shipping. I plan to add to this set and will definitely buy from Finest Flatware!
I purchased 10 Onieda spoons and within 3 months all 10 have lost their finish. I emailed Finest Flatware about this and never heard from them. I've had my original Onieda flatware for 15 years and the pieces are in wonderful shape. I can only conclude that Finest Flatware sent me a subpar product.
Disappointed that the flatware is not American made, and that full shipping costs would be applied to return it. I would never have made the order if I would have taken my time and known those two things.
I was disappointed in the price for my pieces at my other flatware place. I glad I kept looking. At Finest Flatware, the small spoon still costs more than the large spoon, but is less costly than at the other website.
. Nice and like my Oneida ones but disappointed to see that they were made in China, most everything seems to made there these days. They were for a 30th anniversary gift.
I was so surprised that I could purchase forks separately for my Oneida flatware. Somehow the forks always disappear. So glad I could order these from Finest Flatware!
It's not really the company but the quality of the flatware that I ordered... it's horeible. Stains terribly and won't even come clean in dishwasher. I have tried everything and food stains remain or rust...
I was pleased to be able to order individual flatware pieces to replenish the set I've had for 24 years. Somehow a few dorks and spoons had disappeared over the years! The flatware perfectly matches my older pieces.

Love the Michelangelo design. Other designs just didn't have the same artistic elegant appeal once we saw Michelangelo. This type of purchase is not something we do more than a few times in a life-time. So expensive in the stores. Went for the 4th of July sale plus 30% off coupon offered by the Finest Flatware Company. We chose the 8 place setting with serving pieces. Love the shine and the oxidation feature.
Wanted something for every day and special occasions. (Artistic couple.) The weight is nice, too.
Spoke with representative about any questions I had. Very nice person and she gave honest answers. Also, read hundreds of reviews about the Michelangelo design. It helped to make a choice. I find that people who are unhappy with a product are the ones who will write a review about their experience. It helps to keep things in perspective.
Hope that some day Oneida products will, once again, be produced in the USA. My set came from China, there were two other countries producing Oneida products, I understand that the overall quality is different in each country.
You should ask prior to purchase as to which country the set you are buying produced it.
I wanted THIS set, so I settled for a product from China. Other than my frustration with that concept, I am happy for receiving the set I purchased. There may be a day, down the road, when I splurge to get a set of the steak knives.
And, again, wish Oneida was produced in the USA.

My only disappointment is they don't make them as heavy as they used to but that is Oneida's problem - Finest Flatware was great and the price was right!
