Item was as pictured while crafted of quality materials shipped quickly. I recommend this seller.
Bought this for my mom, and she loves it. The design is beautiful and the colors are amazingly vibrant for a t-shirt print.
One thing to note is that the shipping takes a while since it's a small seller. This was for my mom's birthday and it arrived a week after her birthday, even though I had ordered it more than two weeks in advance.
Again, 100% satisfied with the shirt!
My son moved into his first apartment and wanted a painting by Assyrian artist Paul Batou for the main room. He like this particular piece and I surprised him with it as a gift. The painting arrived on time and well packaged. The ordering, communication and delivery were all perfect.
Ordered and framed per my instructions and shipped to my address packaged with perfection. Thank you. Galen
Rolled through there website looking for a certain photographer and when found picked out the photo I wanted and ordered it for on a tee shirt. It's so perfect and we'll satisfied. Kudos to the photographer.
Ordered greeting cards. All the photos came out dark.
For Father's Day, I ordered two prints, first done by English nature artist Henry Bright to commemorate the first cricket match between England and Australia in 1866. Fine Art America had the prints in stock and did an excellent job. They had a variety of frames and mattes to chose from, and my husband was absolutely thrilled with his gift.
All items ordered were listed as 'in stock', with a shipping date of 1 week. Almost three weeks later and order is still 'processing'. FineArtAmerica Service Representative responded 'we're busy' -- but this is second consecutive experience with poor delivery service (Canadian warehouse), disappointing.
I am actually an artist on FAA and have used it several times for custom orders with usually good results. However my last order of five prints took over 2 weeks to arrive and came creased and not according to the specified paper. Staff were helpful and have ordered a reprint upon which I am waiting still to arrive.
We have recently purchased 10+ pictures from FineArtAmerica. All have arrived in great shape with the exception of one. Trying to get a replacement has been a frustrating process because you must work with their customer service by email. I began the process 6 days ago and I have received one email. This would take less than 2 minutes over the phone.
The t-shirts were a child's size n ot an adult like ordered
The sweatshirt would not go over my head
I ordered 2 and only received one which is fine, I was billed for only 1
I gave it all away
The photos on the items were great. They were mine. I ordered through my account but did not receive the artist discount.
I don't believe I will continue with the creation of my pixel
I will just keep my plain fine art america acct which I paid for
I don't know why this happens but I have to update my password every time I go to Fine Art America to logon. I've written everything down exactly the same to make sure I'm not missing something and the website still doesn't acknowledge my account. Oh well, I eventually get to my favorite artist to purchase her wonderful art.
Easy to order from their website and good communication about my order
My granddaughter is studying "bugs" in college and she was particularly attracted to the banana slugs, that are prevalent where I live, when she came to visit at Xmas. I couldn't have found a more perfect card! The card itself was good quality printing, and shipping reasonable. I was very satisfied and highly recommend!
I have several Jennifer Lommers shower curtains. They are bright and vibrant, and the colors don't fade after a wash.
My son is a Rothko "fan" and I got him a Rothko-style cover for his iphone. He is dealing with cancer, and iphone case caused a huge smile on his face. The case is absolutely perfect in every way.
I've bought prints from fine art america twice now and both times, the print was subpar. The colors were off and the details were blurry making it look nothing like what was advertised. It's disappointing because i was really excited to support artists, but the final product didn't match the expectations at all.
I searched the internet for puzzles of 1965 Mustangs and came across Fine Art, so I bought this puzzle because my husband who was turning 70 yrs old and loves 1965 Mustang cars of many styles, plus he likes doing puzzles. He was ecstatic to receive it. He framed this puzzle after and has it in his office.
A purchased metal print was defective on delivery. Fine Art America refused to reimburse shipping charges to and from my address. The cost to return the print was $136.62 due to its large size and unusual shape. This supplier's production quality is poor and Fine Art America's customer service was unresponsive to my request for a refund. Do not buy from them if you might have to return a purchased item. They do not stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Our grand-daughter asked for a Porsche tee shirt for Christmas. Fine Art America did and excellent job with the authentic Porsche emblem and the quality of the shirt. It is perfect and our grand-daughter loves the shirt!
Answer: FAA is a Terrible Company and I think most if not ALL 5 star reviews are Fake! I was a member there for 4 years and it was all downhill. Stayed as long as I did because I was still making sales. But they WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to block me from any Features or posting in communities. Order from them and you'll be very disappointed. Shipping costs are very high and if you want to return something they'll make you pay shipping AGAIN! The quality of the work they ship is also disgraceful. They even use a fake Corporate Address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Answer: I have been a very loyal and outspoken fan of Fine Art America until I had to deal with their customer service department regarding two defective pillows I received. I have tried calling. I have tried leaving messages. I have tried emailing. I have not gotten an accurate and clear response to my inquiry on these pillows. So, yes, now I am posting a negative review which is quite unfortunate. I will also go to the site you mentioned and post my review there also. Fine Art America needs to up their customer service quality, immensely.
Answer: You answered your own question - you haven't done ANYTHING. How do you expect to be found? You have to advertise. There is plenty of information in the forums on the site on how to do that. If you upload and sit, that's all your doing. You have to tell people you exist. The site only prints the work. This is also the wrong place to ask this, ask in the site and you'll get a flood of answers. I also can't say much here because i need to see the quality of your work, is it well presented? Do you have keywords, descriptions, are you adding work all the time? Do you have social connections and so on. Its a lot of work. ---Mike Savad http://www.MikeSavad.com
Answer: Technically there is a phone number for customers when you log out. While not ideal, it might work if you call that number. Otherwise use tech support and be sure to use a gmail address.
