I had posted a previous review that discussed mediocre output from the service. I was contacted shortly thereafter by another individual at Find My Profession (previous writer's boss), who wanted to make things right. She took the time to email me, set up a phone call, go over the changes I was seeking and ones I wasn't happy with from the previous revision, and then gave me a synopsis of what changes she'd like to make. In the end, I'm VERY happy with this revision, both my resume and LinkedIn profile appear more professional and it's evident she took her time to revise everything to meet my needs.

Nicole did a fantastic job updating my resume so I reached out to her at a later date to find out if Find My Profession also provides a Cover Letter service and she confirmed they did. I requested Nicole's services again and she did another superb job. For the letter, I wanted a standard Template-type letter where I can fill in the pertinent information according to the job prospect company and job description. It's just a lot of money and for someone who doesn't have a lot of cash to throw away I'm worried I'm making the wrong move. Will change my rating at a later date when I've received the resume.

After using this service and receiving the resume I can say that, overall the customer service was meh at best. I was often left in the dark and didn't know what was happening. Plus the lady who was working on the service was very negative for, at the time, was a kid who was entering the workforce and was wanting to help boost his resume. The resume was okay, but nothing super special and definitely not worth the price.
BTW idk why the site is saying they tried to "help" me. More like bribe me to look at the company, then remove my review for a 50$ Amazon card. Overall, I wasn't scammed but I'm not going with them again in the future
