My office utilizes Fedex to send checks for our vendors. Fedex pick the package up and promises to deliver next day, but their drivers don't and when you check the tracking they say, it has been already deliver. But I am there waiting and the package is not there. Then I complain and they said investigation will be done within 3 days, but I need the checks to make the payments. It happened in Weston, Fl.
Yet another £%$& up by fedex.
Delivery window of 8:20 - 12:20, delivery window missed!
Then email received at 14:13 saying I have a missed delivery whilst still home!
If I come across anyone who uses Fedex in the future, I shall order from a different source as Fedex are to unreliable.
4th package this year that has been lost by you and two packages that I tracked down delivered to the wrong address. Your company is the worst delivery service ever. How are you still operating? Your Company sucks
Years and years of not delivering on time and horrendous customer service. You are at their mercy when they have your package. I am at the point I will not purchase from companies who ship their products with FedEx. Please go out of business, FedEx. You deserve it more than USPS.
FedEx really is one of the worst companies out there! If you are able to ship with anyone else, you really should. Even if the other option cost a little more. The job I work at have been finding other options because we would rather spend more than deal with FedEx!
Have had a numerous amount of packages within the last 6 months delivered to my house and every package has had a delay from 2 days to 7 days late. Have had packages arrive in town and shipped to another state for some absurd reason. Then back here again. Don't recommend them at all. Would rather hire a bum to deliver my package on bicycle than have them deliver again.
Fed Ex's quality and customer service have gone down the tubes. Every time I am waiting for a delivery from Fed EX it is always delayed. Currently, I am waiting for a set of tires, I have made the appointment twice now to have the tires put on and I have had to call the mechanic twice to cancel. I have received 3
different delivery dates and when I call, they say it is because there is a "backlog" in my area. This means everyone else's packages are more important than mine and this is after paying for expedited shipping, which is now being refunded after a meltdown! Fed EX needs to do better! There has been nothing enjoyable about this experience! So over them.
This Company became a nightmare for customers. It is time to step out of business and let the other do a good service for customers. I am asking sellers before transaction, if FedEx involved I back up

People if you want expedited passport service DO NOT use FedEx, they will charge your more than the cost of the passport itself. For a regular expedited passport with the card will cost $110.00 book + $30.00 card + $60.00 expedited = $200.00 payable to the US Department of State. FedEx will charge you an ADDITIONAL $217.00, for what? And this is for renewal. That is the mystery! How they get away with it is beyond me. Use the post office to mail it and it will only cost less than $8.00. I think it's a rip off.

Please don't leave packages worth money on the street. You could have at least left it by the garage. You know pull in the driveway like ups and such. You guys suck
FedEx is horrible. One day they know where I live then next they don't and they ship my packages back to the sender I'm disgusted with FedEx. I'm surprised there not shut down by now there service is horrible the driver was don't wanna work when you call they don't do there job one day you get told you'll get your package tomorrow then you get a email or text saying it's being shipped back to sender. They deserve 0 stars
Today Fedex sent a text that they were unable to deliver my package that contained expensive meat because they damaged the package and disposed of it. When I called, I spoke to 2 robots (Brendan) who were very fake and insincere, who kept repeating the same sentences and they could not provide any other answers because they did not have any information and were there to follow company policies and procedures. They clearly stated that they did not care one bit that the package was damaged and were there to sound like robots to just get paid by Fedex and follow the company policies and procedures. Imagine what those policies and procedures are! This delivery service is very expensive, and yet it cannot deliver on its promises and services. It cannot and should not be relied on and be aware that you would not get in touch with anyone who will be interested in resolving your issues.
So far so good, some times it gets a little expensive but then what do you expect, to recieve your stuff for free when you´re sitting in the couch and have no clear options. Response time and shipping are ok.
Absolute worst of the 3 major shipping companys. Obviously run by poorly trained monkeys. Ordered a package coming from 36 miles away. Spent two days sitting in that location and was then sent 31 miles in the opposite direction - took 12 hrs for that trip. Sat there for 12 more hours before departing there Has of right now, if it arrives tomorrow, it will have been 5 days since the inital pick up...all for about a 35 minute drive. In the meantime, I've received packages ordered at the same time in 1- 2 days that were coming from several states away. Going forward I will chose a different supplier/vendor if they indicate they use FedEx for their deliveries as this seems to be the norm whenever I'm getting packages shipped FedEx.
Paid $249.00 for Express shipping from Laguna to Bonsall, CA. 3 days later still expecting delays. Called customer care multiple times; what horrible service. The last time same thing, deliver driver lied about even making an attempt to deliver, and when they finally did they left my package at the bottom of the stairs in front of a garage space that didn't belong to me. It's as though when you complain they intentional hold your package ransom. I will never in my life use Fed-Ex or purchase if they have to ship Fed-ex. They should be ashamed of themselves. Rip offs.
I've been waiting on a package stuck in austell ga. For 6 weeks. If a company can't do any better than this they should just close the doors. Ups and other delivery companies aren't having these issues so don't blame it on under staffed.
Consistency 3 out of 4 packages from FedEx are not delivered on time, even if tracking claims it is "out for delivery". FedEx is extremely undependable. Whenever avail., always request a different shipping service. Don't frustrate your customers By using Fedex.
My power of attorney with apostille sent to Russia was just easy lost by FEDEX. Tracking number **************. I lost $200 and one month without any compensation. Such companies should not exist! It's a mockery of consumers.
I ordered in Walmart and the Walmart choose FedEx to ship my orders. The worst scenario is someone in the house and no one knock in the door. Then we expect that they will deliver again but I received a notification that my order should pick up in the location they sent to me. It is very horrible. The reason why you want it to deliver to your house because you don't have a car to pick it up specially if it is too heavy and also your working. That's the purpose why we pay delivery fees
I ve paid more than £30 for the next day delivery. And although there are 9 days passed, FEDEX still couldn't manage to deliver the parcel. They make me lost thousand of pounds for this unbelievable delay. Disaster company indeed..
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
