Farm Fresh Nuts

Placed an order with Farm Fresh Nuts and payed with PayPal. The only communication I received was from PayPal. I never received any notifications from them, shipment sent, tracking number or anything. I had actually contacted them and left messages about status update. I was getting ready to cancel the order since I hadn't heard anything when it just showed up at my door. Luckily my wife was home to get it.

I purchased two packages of artisanal salted truffle peanuts. There is no discernible odor or taste of truffles to be found. I feel that this is misrepresentation and false advertising.

I'm still waiting to hear where my order went and I wanted regular kabukim nuts and not carrying them any more. Very disappointed

We were expecting farm fresh products as described yet upon reception we discovered more than half of the bags were no good and inedible.

I have ordered nuts and seeds before from Farm Fresh Nuts and they are consistently high quality and good value. When there was a bit of an order mix up this time, Customer Service quickly fixed the issue.

I enjoy placing orders with this firm. They are always on time and never fail to deliver. They accept every order, even if it is a customized one including only nuts and dry fruits. Thank you for your positive outlook.

Website is buggy. Had to try placing order multiple times. Discount code also did not work. Shipping took longer than expected, but I guess we can blame that on being Christmas. However, product quality is good.

The packaging is very appealing and bright. The items in each bag did have a full bag, which was very appreciated. Each fruit item tasted fresh and had a nice portion size as the original fruit. The flavor were really good and provided exactly what I wanted. I will definitely reorder when the time comes.

Overall seems like a good company. I was shopping for holiday gift trays and the web site did not specify if order would arrive by Christmas. My inquiry was responded to promptly, but when my order arrived there was only 1 of the 3 trays I ordered. Again, my inquiry was promptly addressed and the other 2 trays arrived before Christmas. It was a little stressful, but ended well.

Sold out of some items but understandable given supply chain issues. I wish more items were available from your Amazon store. Items arrived on time. One of the bags of snack mixes tasted noticably less fresh than the other.

They are great at contacting you and communicating when they had a shortage of stock and worked to get the merchandise and sent it to me. Awesome customer service.

Could be better with site navigation - it shouldn't bring to the cart after each purchase
Unfortunately the walnuts are not a very good quality, about half of them went bad already. The dried fruits are full of preservatives, which is not good for me, so I will not be able to use them anyhow. But the pistachios are good.

While I have not yet received my order, I had a problem placing it (it was placed on a Sunday). The next day, the company called me, apologized for the issue, and resolved the problem; I appreciate service like that.

Quality nuts at competitives price to the vendor I currently purchase from. Enjoyed the freshness of the nuts. However, the delivery time was too long. 8 days from order to delivery. Paying for expedited delivery would make the total cost more expensive than the online Nuts company I currently purchase from with free shipping and 3 days delivery.

I placed an order with Farm Fresh Nuts for an Assorted Dried Fruit Gift Tray. Angelina Plums, Apple Rings, Apricots, Pears, Peaches, Pitted Dates, and Pure Mango are among the delicious dried fruits they offer me. All was excellent, both in terms of quantity and quality. Delicious and reasonable. I love the dates, walnuts and honey pecans, fresh and delicious. I was disappointed with the turkish pistachios which didn't have as much flavor as I hoped, too small and difficult to open so I couldn't finish those, shame because pistachios are my favorite nut and what I was originally in search of. Perhaps it was the type of pistachio, I had not tried the Turkish before.

The website and the purchasing process are very user-friendly. I received my order in good time, and I'm very satisfied with the quality. And at the lowest price ny far!

Glitchy web cart. Could not get certain items into the cart. Information on some items did not always show volume or weight making it a guess on some items.
I was contact by the company owner to make certain I was able to get everything I wanted and was very nice and understanding of the website issues.
The order was received quickly and in excellent condition. The nuts look wonderful and will make great holiday gifts. The dried fruit was very impressive in the freshness and size of each piece of fruit. I am sure everything will be enjoyed. I will order again especially for business gifts and for large parties.

Have been searching for a dry-roasted peanut, which didn't have the typical additives that most big-name brands have as a coating. FFN has a great-tasting version, with just salt as the additive. Couldn't ask for any more basic than that.
