Tried to set up an account. I was immediately locked out AFTER making my initial deposit. I contacted customer service who said they needed 24 hours before they could "locate my account". The onus was put on me to reach back out. Not impressed. Live chat was fairly snarky.

I have played in many casinos, face-to-face with dealers. I have played many online games. However, the dealer was able to get 13 black jacks out of 21 hands. How is this possible? Well, I guess it's just an easy 50 bucks gone!

I won one big hand in blackjack then they switched dealers immediately and of course literally the next 17 hands were loses. They use green screens to cheat paying customers. Then they take a week to process withdrawals. Overall just a horrible site. Use Betmgm..

The odds on here need to be a little better than they are this app is wack it's funny how u try to do a parlay but why are some games won't let you seems fishy to me think I'll just go to another one and get rid of fan duel you lose more than you win and that's facts. 10% u win 90 % u lose

So FanDuel allowed me to sign up, hook up my credit card info, and then charge me money when I made a bet. Suddenly I get locked out, confused I contact customer service. We figure out that my account was suspended AFTER they allowed me to deposit money. After figuring out all the transaction details, sending them my id and more proof requested, they tell me that there is nothing they can do and that my account was suspended because I am not a resident of Ontario. If you are going to suspend my account and this is not allowed, why let me deposit money in the first place?

Nor a sore loser BUT FANDUEL is a scam. Artificial infection at work HERE. Not one more dime from me. You will NEVER EVER WIN. SCUM

It's a sham it's a fraud. They make sure that players do not reach a certain point which means they make sure you do not win back. I have invested my last dollar putting it into FanDuel because it will always be that one person where you can have 14 1/2 points And guess what that player gonna sit down for the rest of the game just so he can't get that point I caught this a long time ago and it's really no point of even trying to attempt to bet on this site or any of these sites they make billions of dollars off of us but then they deny you a chance to win a bet that you know can be won.

It's very glitchy when playing slots. The reels look like they land on decent spots but as soon as they do the game glitches and it lands on a low paying spot that randomly appears. Also took me like 5 days and a customer support message to get my casino bonus they tried to just sweep it under the rug. Casino bonus is a whole other thing to. On a slot I played my bonus there was a popup window that said real money and bonus and you have to choose bonus. It changes the outcome drastically. Won less than $2. Had to fight to get my bonus though they first told me it's not something they offer when I asked about where my bonus was. Then i said I have a screenshot of the offer and they'll "looked into it." the glitchy stuff on the wheels really makes me mad. Ultimately lesson learned not to use FanDuel. Closed my account

They have an awful win/loss ratio but their games are good -they used to be a lot better as far as winning odds on the slots but have gotten greedy lately …their bonus 's are not good either as they always require you to deposit before getting anything …their reward spins are a joke but overall I have to say I enjoy fanduel

I would not recommend referring anyone to Fanduel. They do not do as advertised. They give you a run around regarding the bonus advertised. They tell you it will be credited within 72 hours. Once that time elapsed you will not get the bonuses. You contact their customer service and they give you a run around. Total scam.

I was comparing to other sites I play casino slots on & I noticed they all have a "Rewards Program" ex. The more $ u spend gambling the more points u will earn which u then can use to buy something in their "store" like slot credits. BetMGM I saw I was able to get $250 in free play using my points! Fanduel. Nothing! There's "daily promos" same as every other site. The only Fanduel rewards program there is which should Not b called a rewards program is allowing u to use ur points for contests? In this day in age where there's so much competition u would think they would have some kind of reward system for loyal players that are losing over $11,000! Accumulating points to redeem for casino credits would NOT break fanduel! It would at least show this so called "appreciation" u have for ur customers/ players! Fanduel u should b ashamed of yourselves!

There have been many times when I have made multiple parlay bets and "somehow" a ridiculous bet I never made will show up when I go to my bets. Even if that particular game has not started you still cant edit anything so your stuck. I always bet TEAMS but today there was another hidden bet included for an "over" on a game I could care less about and I will probably lose the whole parlay because of this. Such BS. Plus you can never get ahold of customer service. The chat says looking for agent who NEVER comes. The phone # has you leave your info but they never call back. Im done with them and the Gaming Commission should get involved like they did before when massive illegal cheating was going on by staff members.

If your into your games freezing on a bonus that was up to $234.00 and counting... (it was still on the bonus) and you emailed them and sent them a screenshot and you never got a thing back and the emails they sent to you were just a bunch of bull... and you like forking out hard earned money for nothing this site is for you... you have to deposit money to play and have no problem taking it but don't reciprocate...

Placing a better to possibly win big money to have it voided so if I win took my winnings down to garbage. You need to warn people from the beginning so they're aware and can possibly not choose to place a bet at all

McCafferty ran for 14 or 15 yards but a holding penalti was asessed but they didn't recourse. Also in the Denver nuggets vs warriors they did not assess a bounce pass as a assist for Chris Paul. I lost the the bet ultimately! But they are screwed up. Other than that I have loved the app. Glad I didn't bet high on those games and I will be more careful. I wish they could be more accurate!

Recently my hunny won on fanDuel promotion with the 3 free spins a day and he won the 2,0000.00-casino credit... And he played the credit up and turned it into 1,600.00 for real money. Well as soon as he tried to pull it out FanDuel suspended his account and stated it was found that he had suspicious activity going on his account. We sent over all the documents that FanDuel wanted ID Debit Card a picture of him (yes, a picture of him holding up the date in question) everything possible to let FanDuel know it was him and still nothing. A billion-dollar company advertised on ESPN NFL and other sports channels and Non sports channels and they take from their customers like this. I'm hurt and quite disgusted. And if I could get legal action against them I would. Its False advertising and they are literally taking people's money. 😡

I have tried to get into contact with the fanduel help team multiple times without any response every time. At this point yall are cheating me out of every opportunity I have on this app, whether your pretending you can't load, or nobody answers any of my questions ever. This is the worst app out there, I am beyond done with this bull$#*!.
