This site sucks! Joined today, took my money as a deposit and won't allow access into account. Went customer service, #77 in line, and no help from Jarrod.

The first problem is their support. They have no contact number! Big Red Flag. Second they are very rude and unprofessional and will try to scam you out of your winnings.

FanDuel spent 1000+ dollars on my mom`s credit card and we don`t even know why or what they spent it on also a Indian scammer from there company tried to scam us but we ain`t stupid.

Customer service+casino=GO ELSEWHERE! Lost a lot of money in their rigged casino. When you win over $35, the game glitches and says technical error, so I emailed the MI Attorney General and BBB. But I'm telling you now they say they have no control the radon casino games which is a complete lie I played over 900 dollars one night and not one bonus or free spins it kept skipping over and missing by one symbol or symbols would change it makes me sick that people spend their hard earned money to do something they enjoy and instead get robbed casinos are there to make money and I get that but what they do should be illegal and someone should check in to them more closely

Should not take 3 Days to make a account withdrawal when it takes minutes to make a deposit.

When i logged into my fanduel account i promptly recieved a message for a free 200$ risk free bet on tennis. When i went to place my wager they renigged on the off and only offered a 100$ risk free bet. Not too mention how bad of a lag there is on live betting... they will change the line only on YOUR betslip and after you place the bet the line goes back down. Fanduel is by far the worse sportsbook i have experienced by far.

So you can deposit $300.00 and they will take your quickly but try getting it back and you have to jump through hoops. Never again good riddance I will find another site.

Terrible customer service. If you're dealing with someone who's not happy with their life watch out because they will make your experience with them really bad

Had over $300 in winnings and randomly got a login message "locked" account contact customer service - through the live chat they tell you there is t anything they can do & to send an email - multiple emails sent. One response today (either a robot or cut and paste) didn't even have a bit to do with my concern - 2 WEEKS LATER - not resolved. Ghosted by FanDuel? They hold your money hostage. DO NOT USE. DRAFTKINGS HAS FAR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVE CHAT ETC - even MGM has better customer service.

I'm not giving this review because I lost money or anything like that I'm writing this because there have been several numbers I won on and wasn't paid. They give you a claim number and say someone will contact you in 72 hours NOBODY EVER CONTACTS YOU! You have to contact them and all they say is I can't see your bet, it was rejected, you were paid out all lies. This is the biggest scam of all scams don't use unless you like people stealing your money.
