Picture is great, but I ordered in November, as a Christmas gift, and it showed up the week after Christmas. That was disappointing
It took over a month to receive my order. Once I received the order it was all correct. I would say the only thing I am unhappy with is it was supposed to be black and white and it is more lavender and black. Not much white.
I ordered it for friends and was skeptical but we were happy and satisfied receiving the canvas.

My experience was excellent on the website. Ordering the picture frame with names was easy to perform. I am completely satisfied with the picture but the backing wooden frame was delivered damaged. I had to repair myself with screws.
I would have gladly given 5 stars had I been able to order something smaller in size. My husband recently retired from the Coast Guard. So, rather than having names printed, I had our duty stations - places we've lived throughout his career. Perfect gift!

All the extras asked about at the end. I didn't like I needed to pay $10 for a guarantee. I and probably everyone in the world would assume that the product would be or should be replaced for free if the item is received broken. If the item is damaged when I receive it and it doesn't get replaced I will be very upset.
The product and service was fine. Although my picture was a gift for Christmas as I order on 11/28 and I did not receive till four weeks later now I have to ship again to Utah.

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
