Very well handled, despite delivery difficulties package arrived on time for Christmas.
I ordered 2 projects on the same day and still have not received either project. I have gotten the runaround from the customer service dept. and still no information except that I can cancel or wait. I have been sent the incorrect tracking numbers several times and I do not believe one of the projects was even started. I was really looking forward to giving these to the family members and understand delay but this is unacceptable.
Online ordering was easy, the estimated delivery time was well before the date needed, the email I received from the company explaining my order was lost by FedEx and had to be remade and reading a few reviews on how some orders were not received until a month sometimes two months later made me a little worried but my order ended up arriving on the date that was originally given.

I was given 2 fake tracking numbers by customer service. I would have rather been told the truth about the Delay in my order. I do understand during this Holiday Season shipping and production delays are unavoidable. Maybe in the future jus relay that information. It also would have been nice to actually be able to speak to someone.
Ordering was easy and product is as described. A little disappointed it took 30+ days for delivery and 5 days after Christmas. I did receive an email from the company stating they were aware it was late and provided an explanation. I understand things happen and fortunately it all worked out.

Everyone enjoys a good family picture. First, we got one for our son Dennis n his family of 4. They liked theirs so much we got another for our son Michael and his family of 5.
I ordered the print on 12/3. I received 2 emails, 1st on 12/7 they received my order and designer was reviewing. The 2nd on 12/13 that my order was printing. I didn't receive any other notification until I called (multiple times) and emailed (multiple times) that it was shipping on 12/23. So much for a Christmas gift. It is 1/4 and still have not received my order so cannot give review on the quality of the print but the experience I have had so far I wouldn't order anything again. I was originlly planning too do a great grand kids print for my mom but I will find a different company

Very upsetting that I have an email stating my product was sent on 12/6 however when I would track, stated they had not received my package... follow up took over a week. It was a Christmas gift and I had to but something else for them for fear it would not be received in time. It did make it, but only with a day or 2 to spare very frustrating experience. Without asking I was reimbursed for shipping, but feel you could have done better
The print made it safe to my sister and she loved it. I saw pictures and it turned out so very nice.
I had ordered two canvases for xmas presents. One came on time but the second was not received. After some delay to responding to my request for status this company went above an beyond to correct the situation. They expidited my order and although I did not have for xmas it arrived within 2 weeks of notifying them of the problem. They also gave me a partial refund.

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
