My experience shopping with Fabletics was great. I love the scrubs, they many colors and styles to choose from. I was so happy that they had tall size. Since January I have purchase 2 more scrub sets and was completely satisfied with my purchase and fit. Received lots of compliments from coworkers at the hospital I work at. Gladly passed it on that I shopped online with Fabletics.
Fabletics is easy to navigate, and their clothes are the best! Great quality and sizes are very true to size!
I love how they show multiple models in the same outfits to give you an idea of a similar body type and or the size you typically wear!
I've purchased many products from this company and I love their brand. They have some of the most comfortable and suitable leggings and other items I wear throughout the week. Their products are good for working out, lounging and running errands around town. I'm pleased with the customer service and the products I receive for the money I pay
It is super frustrating when the sizing is not the same. I have ordered my "usual" size for a couple different items just for them to be too big or small and have to send them back for a different size. By the time they get back, the color/size I need is gone. I, also, wonder where the rest of a couple of shirts I got are?! I am petite 5' and do not like the 'cropped' style, but sometimes you don't know until you get, because the product descriptions don't tell you they are cropped. Just frustrating all around, probably won't order anymore.
I'm usually not a fan of any club type of experience but I thought I would give them a try. The clothes are OK. I don't think they run true to size and I canceled immediately after my first order. I don't wanna have to remember every month to skip a shipment or worry about being charged. If you forget to skip your shipment, you get automatically charged.
The staff is ALWAYS professional, approachable, informative and kind!
They help me with getting the best deal for the money I spend.
I hope this company is paying these ladies well-good people are difficult to find/retain.

I have a monthly subscription for my daughter who is a professional wrestler with WIW, Women of Wrestling. She wears Fabletics to all training days. They are comfortable and supportive while training in the ring. WOW matches are televised weekly on KCAL channel 9 in Los Angeles. You can find local station on wowe. Com. There is a variety of colors, however, my daughter sticks, primarily to black.
I love ordering from Fabletics because the shipping is so fast and reliable and SIZING is reliable! I've just tried something new and that was ordering scrubs! They are great. Comfortable, plenty of pockets (the most important part) and they fit and breathe well! Thanks!
The website is always glitching and taking forever to load whether I'm on chrome or safari. Also, they are always sold out! I love the on the go leggings but everytime I check them M is sold out of every color, same with most of their leggings. What's the point of membership if they never have new colors or in stock sizes.
Previously, I rated Fabletics as one star. I still stand by that rating as inventory remains dismal. I wrongly assumed that my losing weight would allow me to have better selections. While my choices have improved, it was nothing to do with the company, and I still have inventory issues.

Fabletics spams my inbox and phone yet they never have my size in stocks or what they do have in my size I already own. I like the items I've bought, but it's becoming nearly impossible to make more purchases due to the lack of stock. I received a standard run around from a previous customer service representative who told me to check the website early each month. To that end, I found less available than usual.
Between the personnel and your products, I have a favorite clothes line. Your staff in the store between the Hempstead and San Marcos Outlets, you'll continue to have my business. I'm sharing all of my Fabletics gear with many who ask where I get my clothing from.
Usually i don't return. But i made a mistake and washed before i wore thinking the 90 days was a guarantee after trying out the scrub set. I misread it. Boo for me. Too big for me. Can't return or exchange.
I have several unused VIP credits and it's mostly because they never have my size in popular styles.
However when I am able to find my size I generally enjoy the clothing which is why this is not a one star review. I consider canceling my membership every time I try to use my credits.
I'm petite with hourglass figure. It's been extremely difficult getting the size right. Most items don't fit or only accommodate certain areas. The compression items if I buy a larger size to accommodate my hips, it's too big around the waist. I have a larger size and a sports bra to accommodate my breast. It's too big around the under bust. Can some of the leggings are loose around the ankles. I'm 5'1/120
I sometimes don't think the value for the $65 a month is good. I'll buy something and then the next day it goes on sale for 80% off. I wish there were more selections in the outfits and I wish all of the shirts weren't crop tops.
I was hesitant to do a subscription because I am not great at timelines. I love that fabletics sends out reminder emails and very transparent. I will continue to purchase through Fabletics because the quality is great and the company is easy to work with.
I did not like the material of the last order. Feels cheap. Do not like the cost of an item is usually lower than a credit. I keep my membership in the off chance there is a pattern I love and will try. The clothes are for a younger generation and I am in my 40s now. Fabletics feels like the customer is in their 20s.
We have had several orders with Fabletics now. The biggest dissatisfier is that the product takes way too long to arrive at our home. This last time, there was some issue with the shipper and they had to re-validate our address. We didn't receive any notification from Fabletics and if we didn't follow a link from the shipper delay, we wouldn't have known about the address confirmation and the product would have been shipped back to Fabletics. So not only does the product take a long time to arrive but there doesn't seem to be any coordination between the shipper and Fabletics.
I recently bought 3 pairs of underwear and one hoodie but one pair of underwear has been basically falling apart the strings were coming off you can see through it after using it twice the other ones are still together but I wouldn't buy underwear from there my opinion to each is on the hoodie is great looks good feels good.
Let's start off with the fact that Fabletics has a good variety of clothes and sizes! But it has been challenging to cancel my membership I spoke to online rep to try to cancel and the chat was disconnected no confirmation whether or not my member was cancelled. (Which was not) Then someone personally emailed me told them what happened and that I wanted to cancel, my member was not cancelled.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
