Absolutely terrible quality. The necklace came broken and was just a piece of cut out Styrofoam. First and last experience with this company. They would not give a refund. Only 10% and for the quality, I bought better locally for less money. Not impressed

Thank you for getting back to my email and sending my package. I wasn't aware I could email the company but I looked it up and it was easy and quick to receive it. Some of the clothes were off in color so I may need to dye them the right color but other then that the custom fit is working well
The skirt was perfect, didn't really care for the top. It was large and bulky and I didn't like the material. The delivery time was relatively quick.
The inner dress fits close enough to my size, but the outer one feels several sizes too big. Not sure what's up with that. Photos are without breaststroke and bra but I assure wearing them doesn't change anything.
Their product is great quality and arrived very quickly! I ordered a XXL because I have very broad shoulders so I needed the room but the standard pants that come with that size are a bit too big so ill need to have them brought in to fit. Otherwise I am thrilled with this product!
I bought two wigs on the first of September. Now a month is over and they still didn't sent the order out. I messaged them multiple times and the always said „we will urge…." I feel betrayed. Usually the wigs should take 5-15 days, what a shame. Also the quality of cosplays arren't that good, bought sanemi cosplay aswell and some places were not well finished. They even start to ignore you after a while, they always beed a whole das to answer even when you reply right away. If you ever need a cosplay of them u gotta buy a year in advance if we want to go overboard now.

Everything came In the expected timeframe. Wig was way too small but otherwise it looked great. Costume was exactly as expected.
I purchased a goro akechi cosplay and i was skeptical about the sizing bc usually i choose the custom option bc i have awkward limbs😭 but ezcosplay have never done me dirty and it fit so perfectly, i couldn't be happier! Highly recommend getting ur cos from them bc they're just *chef's kiss* friendly service and fast delivery too! Con weekend is in 2 weeks and i'm excited to go as this pathetic creature who i love wholeheartedly 10/10 yippee

My package arrived fast,the costume was perfectly oversized as desired. The costume was perfectly made and i couldn't find a single flaw.
As the title says its my first time buying something of such high remark, it came much earlier and anticipated and blew my expectations
Overall the experience was pretty hassle free and easy to deal with. There are some inconsistencies with the colors but it's not terrible. I do wish the pants came with pockets and the undershirt was a shirt and not a vest. Still I'm excited to wear it at upcoming conventions.
Ordered on June 15th for even on August 2nd. Emailed multiple times about my order and received no help at all besides them wanting to charge me extra for faster shipping which won't even get here on time because they never completed my cosplay. Refused to give me a complete refund or pay for expressed shipping. Lied on their website about 35 day or 4 week tailoring period (currently on week 6). This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever had with a company and I either want my stuff or a full refund. Don't order here unless you are ready for your stuff to be late.
