Should be able to edit selections for details like medal type, ribbon type, etc, and not just qty. Had to delete several and return to shopping and so on... return to shopping doesn't return to where you last were... etc.

Very good. They corrected and fixed a mistake caused by shipping address error.

I made a request to have the logo be printed as large as possible on the bag without distorting the image. The logo is in my opinion pretty small on the bag. It is nothing like the size of the logo on the images that were previewed when I ordered.

The customer services I received was great. Several of the medals I had ordered came with the wrong engraving. Your CS team help get that fixed and sent new inserts within the week so that I had them for my event. It was a great experience.
