I was a little worried about how quickly the order would be filled as compared to a local vendor; however, I received my order 2 days in advance of the requested fulfillment. Super happy withe the timeliness and responsiveness to questions. Will definitely keep them on my list for the next time our PTO needs medals for a student contest. One suggestion for customers is to follow up with an email if you have different custom engraving included in the same order. This didn't occur to me until after I placed the order and I also didn't know that it would be so easy to discuss with their customer service (first time order. Didn't know they would be as responsive as they were!).

Need to make to ordering of XMD700-MY327 Premium 3" Die Cast Medals just a little easier. I was not sure if I picked the gold if they would ll be gold. Your customer service person on chat helped answer my questions and assured me I would have 5 of each color for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. So thankful for them on the chat.
