Just an FYI. My email notifications go to my cell phone, which is also my alarm clock. I teach, so I don't silence it before bed. But I'm on California time, and your Customer Service is ridiculously prompt. So your "first thing in the morning" is my (groan) 4 a.m., not when I really wanted to get up today... You might reconsider contacting people a bit later. You all are still terrific!
