The trophy we ordered was actually nicer in real life than on the web page. We couldn't be happier with the service, product and the delivery time. Excellent service.
Overall I am happy with the shopping experience.The customer service team was very helpful and responsive. The medals I first ordered and received (M1213) were not the quality I saw on the website and the color was not gold. When I raised this issue, I got immediate help and was able to order a new set. That second delivery was also fast and this time the quality of the medals impressed me. I appreciate the fast response and guidance to a better product. I would recommend changing the photos and description of the lower quality M1213 product to avoid future problems.

First shipment arrived on time. However medal was not engraved as ordered (no engraving at all). Called and a replacement was sent quickly.

I ordered 1st-3rd place medals for a quartet competition. The medals are a very good quality - metal with a nice heft to them. The engraving is exactly what I specified and looks very professional. Prior to ordering I called the company and was delighted to have someone answer the phone - on a weekend! They were able to answer all my questions and assured me that if there were any errors with the engraving, they would fix it. The online ordering process was easy and my order was processed and delivered quickly. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
