They said that cannot apply for my visa at the moment when I paid because visa needs to be processed within 30 days before my flight, which is totally false then I push them and 2 weeks before my flight they said that visa was under process but never sent a valid application number. Don't go with them!

No comments, worst service ever. I would not recommend it. It is a list of money, better to try in a different way.

Worst service ever, almost 4 times more expensive than through (proper) official site. After several week, they rejected the visa both for me and my daughter with no explanation, and NO money back. We applied through an official governmental site (new charge, but much lower), and got our visas. So: do not maske the mistake of ever apply for a visa with that company.

Your application was rejected by the Immigration Office not us. As stated in our Terms of Service, which each Applicant is asked to accept before submitting an application on our website, we cannot be held responsible for the Immigration Office's decisions - they are the only authority granting entry to the country.
Scammers. They dont issue a visa. It's a fake visa with no validity of issuance. Fraud site. I called Amex and disputed the charges. You should too.

It is clearly stated on our website that we are an Agency - when you apply with an Agency for any kind of service, the fee will always be higher, as we are the ones applying on your behalf and making sure everything is correct, and if there's a need, contacting the Embassy, which is why you pay the fee for the service provided.
This is a non trustworthy company. I submitted a visa application correctly (I was very careful) and their date for the application was 1 week ahead. This meant I couldn't fly in for my intended schedule. When I called them they said of course they cannot change the date. They offered me and emergency visa for 800 euro (this is supposed to be processed within 2 hours). I was about to pay this because I was desperate. When I called them again to ensure this would allow me to fly the next day still they said it only works for flights departing after 4pm the following day. This makes no sense. Whats the point in paying huge money for something to be processed in 2 hours if it's not applicable to most flights the following day?
This company preys on the desperate and does everything they can to not process your visa application because they know if it gets too close to your flight departure date you will pay a lot more out of desperation.
Also they kept saying my passport photo was not clear enough. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A32 which has great camera quality. I followed all instructions and double checked the photo quality and it was perfect. This is done deliberately so you can't fly in when you are supposed to so they can charge you for expensive emergency visas.
The cost of the visa application was about 3x more than if you go direct to Vietnams immigration departments process.
Don't use this company they do not have your best interest in mind. This is setup to take money from desperate travelers and they will use any false excuse to not process your application.
I wouldn't trust the positive reviews. It's clear many of them are fake due to the broken English, and the repetitive types of comments you can see.

We have provided all the possible help and guidance we could at the time, considering your urgent situation. Rush processing can only be offered during the working hours of the Immigration Office of Vietnam and such eVisas are issued according to the provided working hours as well, which is why it is essential for us to consider the timezone difference. It is needed to provide clear set of documents as well in order to successfully process the application, if such copies are blurry/cut from the sides/showing watermarks or light is reflecting on them, they are not acceptable and using them to apply for eVisa would result in eVisa refusal. The difference in price is due to us being a private Agency, as you are being charged with visa free, service fee and processing fee, as an assigned Agent is carefully taking care of your file and providing all the needed assistance.
Not only they charged me visa processing fee 3 times higher than that from the official website, but actually they did not process my application as if they had forgot my case until I threatened to expose them in Internet as a scammer. When I finally received my visa approval letter, 3 weeks had passed since I paid money to them, which would normally only take 3 days to get if you applied the visa through the official website. I did a very stupid thing this time and gave them a chance to rip off my money!

My partner and I applied for the visa a week before our flight. The website said we would get it in 5 days. We turned up to the airport thinking our visa would be valid. It is still processing and we didn't get any updates. Had to fork out 300 aus each to get a new one. Terrible experience and very stressful.

Kindly note that while our visa experts work hard to ensure that the evisa process is as smooth and as quick as possible, the final processing time depends on the Immigration Office and each Applicant's personal circumstances. For this reason, it is advised to submit evisa applications at least 10 days prior to the planned date of travel.
I applied for a visa which was said to be processed in less than 5 working days. After one full week without any response from them, I decided to enquire. After my inquiry I was told a specialist will start working on the application. I waited another week and never received any feedback. I enquired again only to be told that my nationality is not on the list of countries that can apply for visa while on their site they never indicated it and they made it possible for any nationality to apply. They then had to deduct about 15euro (which is almost equivalent to what one pays directly to the embassy) before refunding.

I can't deny the fact they are very responsive and helpful - for $79 of service fee! Such a scam! I wish I could go directly to the gov website instead. They offered me partial refund of 25% of ESTA processing fee.

The difference in price is due to service fee, as an experienced Agent is taking care of your eVisa file and makes sure that the process goes smoothly, which is always a case when using a service of a Third Party Agency.
Regarding our customer service, we have guided you through the process and helped you upload correct documents, as the ones you have sent us through the application form were not sufficient and the request was therefore liable for rejection. We took care of your application and it got approved in a span of 2 business days.
Avoid this company. They are an agent - you can go direct to any Government website to get your visa more efficiently and cheaper. Using this company cost me $$$ and missed flights. A total shambles

as it was explained, visa service was provided to you accordingly, as your nationality is eligible for eVisa process according to the Immigration Office's website - if it was not required, the website would not allow to proceed further. Our service has been finalized accordingly and the correct eVisa document was issued.
If you doubt our credibility, we advice you to check our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as we are a registered company that has been in the eVisa market since 2016.
Do not trust this company. On Nov. 13th, i applied for a visa for Dubai they told me to send several documents. I did. On November 22nd i had a flight booked, hotel booked and a car booked. On November 21st, i sent a follow up email, because their website claims results in 72 hours. A total lie. 216 hours or 8 days later they requested i send more documentation. I did. I had less then 12 hours left for my flight. Nothin. No results. No response. I missed my flight, my family had to cancel there tickets, my car refund was lost, my hotel booking lost. Three tickets, could not get refund. Total loss=$3000. I only managed to get flight credit. To rebook the price went up to $1000 dollars.
I lost the money i submitted this company, lost money on hotel and car, missed my flight and spoild my family vacation.
Do not use this company. They cannot get visa, don not get back to you in a timely fashion.
Would never recommend them.
