Straightforward transaction with only 1 minor drawback. I had only 1 photograph option to send my flight ticket which needed 2 photographs. This resulted in follow up action. Easily remedied but unnecessary if more than 1 photo could be uploaded at time of application. Visa delivered in under 3 days. Still worth 5 stars every time.
I'm giving this "service" 2 stars only because they did continue a dialogue with me in a courteous manner from March of 2024 until December of 2024. I've now given up. This company may be (?) helpful to some people under some circumstances, such as those applying, perhaps, for multiple visas in different countries (?).
My experience was as an American citizen applying for a visa to Australia. This site came to me under false advertising (the fastest and cheapest way to get a visa to Australia.) The facts are I never got the visa nor a refund (of around $80 USD, I think it was) after more emails that I can count. The last round of communication was in which they repeatedly told me they had refunded the money to my bank. My bank had no record of this and Evisa refused to tell me when this refund was issued, how much, and on what date.?
Instead, I later got my visa through the Australian government (look for "au" at the end of the link) for less than $20 in less than 3 minutes.
I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering this company.
The process was a bit costly due to the rush processing, but I must say that I received the visa on time. While the price was quite expensive, the peace of mind of knowing that my visa would arrive on schedule was priceless.
On recent experience, this company sold me worthless documents at three times the price of an actual one (Visas). I complained. It has treated me with disdain! A scam and ignorant company. I would steer clear of them!

When you apply with an Agency, the price will always be different, because you're being charged with visa fee, service fee and processing fee, as we're the ones handling your travel paperwork and contacting the Government for you.
As it is started in our terms of servie, when the servie has been provided, we cannot cancel the process and issue you a refund for the application.

Was tricked into thinking I was dealing with the Vietnamese government. They pay google to direct you to their website.
Wasn't until after I paid that I questioned how expensive the visa was. I tried to cancel because the money had not yet left my account but they refused. Polished based company ripping off unsuspecting travelers all over the world.

Our agency is a legally registered company which acts as an intermediary between travellers and the Immigration Office of a given country, facilitating the evisa application and taking care of the whole process for the Applicant. The price we charge is different because it includes the service fee, the processing fee, and the transaction fee - it displayed during the submission process so the Applicant can decide if they accept it and wish to proceed further. Furthermore, before submitting the application, the Applicant is asked to accept the company's Terms of Service which also emphasizes the nature of our business.
As for the withdrawal of your application, kindly be informed that if an evisa request has already been forwarded the the Immigration Office, we are no longer able to cancel it and issue a refund (this is stated in our Terms of Service). We strive to process applications promptly upon submission as it is our goal to provide evisas for travellers as quickly as possible.
Not only they charged me visa processing fee 3 times higher than that from the official website, but actually they did not process my application as if they had forgot my case until I threatened to expose them in Internet as a scammer. When I finally received my visa approval letter, 3 weeks had passed since I paid money to them, which would normally only take 3 days to get if you applied the visa through the official website. I did a very stupid thing this time and gave them a chance to rip off my money!

Worst service ever, almost 4 times more expensive than through (proper) official site. After several week, they rejected the visa both for me and my daughter with no explanation, and NO money back. We applied through an official governmental site (new charge, but much lower), and got our visas. So: do not maske the mistake of ever apply for a visa with that company.

Your application was rejected by the Immigration Office not us. As stated in our Terms of Service, which each Applicant is asked to accept before submitting an application on our website, we cannot be held responsible for the Immigration Office's decisions - they are the only authority granting entry to the country.

Right away when I summited my application I just wanted to withdraw it as it was super expensive fee for €249! 10 times while the immigration actually only charge you for $25!
You won't find the amount they gonna to charge you as it was a very tiny gray number hiding at the corner of the pages. Immediately I sent them emails and tried to cancel this order but no reply as it's on Saturday. No one answered the hotline as it's on Saturday. Then I applied an Visa for exactly the same information on Sunday through Immigration directly. And called Evisa Express on Monday then they told me it is impossible to cancel my order as it was summited to immigration right away when receiving my application. Yes they have people to check email and send applications out but no one will response to your request! Your guys are just lying! And tell me that the fee is higher as my entry day is near! Excuse me I applied the same visa from Immigration Department one day later and it is just a normal one not rush or emergency!

Kindly be informed that standard processing time for Vietnamese evisa is 5 working days, whereas it's 1-2 business days for rush processing. Your declared date of travel was less than 5 working days away at the time you submitted the application, which is why the website informed you that rush processing would be required in order to secure the evisa on time. Please note that the price will always be higher if you apply for a visa through a third party as it includes service and transaction fees on top of the consular fee paid to the Immigration Office. The final cost of our service is always presented to the Applicant during the payment stage - the amount may vary depending on the chosen evisa type and processing option, so it is shown after the relevant information has been provided. We would also like to point out that rush processing is not available on the Immigration Department's website and there is no guarantee that a traveller would receive their entry permit before their departure for Vietnam.

My partner and I applied for the visa a week before our flight. The website said we would get it in 5 days. We turned up to the airport thinking our visa would be valid. It is still processing and we didn't get any updates. Had to fork out 300 aus each to get a new one. Terrible experience and very stressful.

Kindly note that while our visa experts work hard to ensure that the evisa process is as smooth and as quick as possible, the final processing time depends on the Immigration Office and each Applicant's personal circumstances. For this reason, it is advised to submit evisa applications at least 10 days prior to the planned date of travel.
They said that cannot apply for my visa at the moment when I paid because visa needs to be processed within 30 days before my flight, which is totally false then I push them and 2 weeks before my flight they said that visa was under process but never sent a valid application number. Don't go with them!

This is a good website for applying for an evisa. Not too many pages to fill out as with other country applications! We had trouble downloading photos and passports, but got there in the end.
We applied for visas for our family trip to Vietnam. Very easy process online and fast turnaround. We received visas with the week.
The visa was very easy to apply for and the delivery by email worked perfectly. We received the visa after 4 days.
