My chair order arrived with 2 fully broken gold chiavari chairs and another one that was not protected on top so half of the top of the chair is split in half. I have since filed a claim online but nothing has been said about sending me replacement chairs or refunding me for them.

Website is easy to use. Only difficulty I had is with delivery is not directly through eventstable.com but local affiliate - but that could be improved. It would have helped to have received my tables sooner. Luckily we had a Plan B that worked out.

Ordering was straightforward. I did have to ask for the shipper's contact information to schedule the delivery as it didn't show in the online invoice system I could see, but Eventstable quickly provided that info to me.

Easy, competetive, carrier FedEx Ground is the only company who consistently brings product all the way to the front door and leaves it in site of the security camera... Yes I office from my home and many times I have products come here rather than our main office in Seattle...

I had to call the company because apparently I typed my email address in incorrectly. They fixed the problem immediately and sent me my confirmation. Very friendly and enjoyable to work with. Received my order sooner than expected.

Got the, but 2 table ends were dented. Do u carry the white plastic matching chairs?

The product I ordered, table cart, was not as described. It came without carpeted stands, where the tables rest on. I received a small discount because of this, but I still had to cover the boards with carpeting.

We ordered 10 round tables which were individually packaged. When the shipment came in, we looked at the pallet and saw no outside physical damage. After breaking down the pallet and unpacking each table, we found (2) two tables damaged beyond use!
We called your company and were told there is nothing you can do. To us, that's unacceptable!

Great service by phone and online. Unfortunately one of the tables arrived damaged. But Breanna has been terrific in handling the situation. We are expecting a replacement table in the near future.

Sara at Eventstable was very helpful and wonderful to work with. Unfortunately the delivery company Saia was not but Sara got involved and saved the day. I would avoid using Saia in the future

The cushions look great on the chairs! I love that the case has a zipper, so you can take it off to wash. The only thing is that the straps with velcro the cushion has to attached it to the chair are a little short, so I cannot use them.

I am a musical performer who needed a folding stool that I could pack and move easily. My stool was easily ordered, delivered faster than I expected and my new stool works better than ever. Perfect height, very sturdy and super comfortable

Love our new tables and racks. Chair racks were easy to assemble and very sturdy and well built. The table rack was well built and just a little more challenging to assemble but not too bad.

I have ordered from them before and will continue to place orders in the future. I have hoped online and called them directly and each time they have been great. I highly recommend shopping with them.
