Hello,
I had purchased items of clothing unfortunately they did not fit. Their webpage states easy returns, not the case. Their customer service was of no help and asked me to send pictures of myself in the items, completely in appropriate. Then tried to negotiate the amount of refund they would issue. In the end I decided to donate the clothing in the hopes that some good could come out of this experience.

The clothing is high quality and the material is solid. I think they will last a long time. They are so cute! I love the "patches" in the jeans. The fact I can get a shirt to match the jeans makes it better! Highly recommend Evaless!

I bought from the store and was very satisfied. The value for money is exceptional, the sweaters I got are soft and warm, the size is perfect. I helped myself with the size guide and I wasn't wrong. The package arrived quickly and well packed. The garments are faithful to the photos! I will definitely make other purchases. I recommend this brand, really great!

I ordered a complete outfit from Evaless. Their website is deceiving as I thought I was ordering from a boutique located in the United States. The shoes are cheap and look more like a house shoe, I ordered the size I usually buy and they were too short and too wide. The earrings had hot glue string hanging from them and they didn't match up to clasp them, the jeans we're ok just really not the way I like them to fit. Had to contact them several times before I responded then wanting me to take pictures of me wearing them so they could see. Ended up filing a complaint with PayPal and got a partial refund, not nearly as much as I spent but at least I didn't have to pay to ship back overseas.

I'm so impressed with Evaless items, they're look so cute and gorgeous items for daily wear or day out and very good quality too. And im so satisfied with the delivery service, they came very quick to Germany.

I ordered on 2/8/23 so far today 2/22/23 I received 2 of my saint patricks day sweatshirts and 1 bracelet. 1 fits great and the other a little short in the arms. I am 5'6 with an arm span of about 5'9 (so I do have longer arms) I usually wear a M to large cotton tshirt so I ordered large. I weigh 175 lbs. I am happy with my items so far and cant wait to get the rest!

I ordered the darling baseball shoes and was pleased to find them even cuter in person. The only problem was the size was too small. I contacted customer support and they were prompt and helpful and are sending me the right size.

I discovered Evaless and ordered some dresses. I was very surprised when I received them! The dresses were more beautiful than in the pictures, and the quality even more than I expected. I will repeat soon!

This website is pretty cool and the customer service was excellent. I ordered a few items and was highly satisfied with clothing and a bag I ordered. 2 of my shirts/hoodies were actually too small and the email response was great in getting me the products I wanted in the better size for me. They responded very quickly and after I was able to show my true size in clothing they sent out replacements to me. Highly recommend ordering from here and will be ordering for myself again!

Placed an order for a 4th July outfit never received it costumer service not helpfull at all. Got notifacation parcel was delivered however in OH I live in NC. Do not order from this company.

R of denim shorts and 1 pair of pink denim jeans— all for about $120.00 including shipping and insurance. All items were of great quality and pretty true to size except for the jeans—- I wanted a more relaxed/baggy fit, so I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. ( for sizing info: I am 5.4 and I weigh 128lbs. I ordered M for the tops and small for the bottoms. Like I said, I prefer a more relaxed fit, so I exchanged the bottoms for a large). I contacted EvaLess via email and they replied promptly. They happily offered to send the jeans and the shorts in the larger size that I requested free of charge and told me to keep/donate/give the items that were too small to someone. How cool is that.?!?!?! Thank you EvaLess!

One green, one beije, one long white and blue for the arrival of summer and they are great for spring too!
Now I will try the pants instead to understand and see the fit but I'm sure they will be excellent too!
They have a lot of choice on the site, you really find any preference!

If you are looking for a trendy fashion store with quality items Evaless is your place to go. I have purchased from them and the quality is amazing, the prints are original and unique and the quality of the fabrics is just amazing. Well worth the money. The shipping is very fast as well. Love Evaless and would totally recommend.

I made an order on February 2nd & all it has ever said is confirmed. I have not heard anything from them on shipping and I have not seen any merchandise. This is a 300.00 order and I'm thinking it may be a scam. Anyone have info on this company?

I would give this "company" zero stars if I could. First compliment is that it took 6 weeks to get what I ordered, and when emailing them it seemed like it was my fault. 2nd compliment is that when I FINALLY received what I ordered it looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. I emailed asking for a shipping label to send it back for a full refund 3 times and each response was "we will give you 30% back and you can keep it" or "we will give you 50% and you can keep it". They didn't listen to a thing I said. I wanted a full refund! This "company" is a complete joke. Highly recommend you never order from them.

My new jeans from " Evaless" has a great cut, fits perfectly and the flower power style is beautiful and absolutely unique. Also the material is very pleasent and of high quality. My t shirt with the cute print is also very comfortable on the skin and of good quality. I also do loove my new sneakers with this cute and unique flower print, so lovely. I can absolutely recommend the " Evaless Brand "! It s for all people who like cute, unique fashion of good quality which is also affordable.

I ordered two matching sweaters for a friend and myself. The description of the sweaters reads (still) "PINK SPARKLING LEOPARD LONG SLEEVE TOP" and the photo shows a sparkling pink top. What was received looks nothing like the photo or the description. Not sparkling, but flat pink, which is why I purchased them. The delivery took over a month (ordered Sep 2,2022, rec'd Oct 6,2022), The main reason for my bad review is the false advertising. They also will not pay to ship it back. They say the photo on their site is different because of "lighting".
