Calcutta reel parts

Made orders from here before. Have been very satisfied. Current parts order is on delay for back order. Bummer. Still best prices around and can't knock the service. This one has some really small parts.

Dissatisfied

Found your website and coupler was what I needed. Easy order, purchased two. Installed on power sprayer and hooked up garden hose. It broken 10 min. Into the job…my option is the flanges that holds two halves together with pressure washer is too small allowing it to pop off…haven't tried the other yet as I left it at cabin. Bought another similar at Menards…theirs works but leaks water :(

Perfect fit

I needed to find a new reservoir for my Mr. Coffee, as mine had broken. Searched several other sites and said it was no longer available. Very happy that I found the replacement on your site. Good price, swift delivery. Very pleased. Would look here first next time I need a replacement part.

My limited experience using eReplacementParts has been, so far, very positive. The parts I've needed were accurately show and/or described on the web site. Kudos to the staff for their diligent work that allows older machines to continue to function even though the manufacturers brush you off with "model discontinued".

Good service

Good option for Craftsman mowers since Sears isn't around for parts anymore. Had what I needed at a very fair price. Local supplier for small engine repairs went out of business for some reason so now have to rely online.

They got my money almost 2 weeks ago, supposedly shipped it, but I have no parts. I emailed them about this, to get no response.

Next step is having my bank reverse the charges, putting things into dispute, absolute PITA to do, but lesson learned. Do not waste your time and effort with these guys, they are a scam.

I have had several recent dealings with them and even though this Virus has screwed up things somewhat and delayed some parts they do keep me updated and do a very great job getting what I need. I am disabled and the ability to fix things without paying a big repair bill for someone else to do the work when money is so tight makes eReplacementParts.com the perfect solution and the extra benefit of how-to videos really helps seal the deal. These folks truly care about their customers and service.

After waiting twice as long to receive my parts as advertised, they were the wrong ones. The shipping package even had someone else's name on the inside of it. After several attempts to contact eReplacementParts nothing, not an email no phone call except for this link asking me to share a review... I will be calling my credit card company to reverse the charge and place a new order somewhere else.

It's never too old

My dad bought an air compressor from Sears the summer after my fifth grade year, to paint a travel trailer we kept parked along the Colorado river in California. I turn 65 next year. It's floated around in garages in Ca. Tx. And Fl., being used to pump up tires, etc. all these years. It finally stopped holding pressure and, I couldn't believe it, but Replacement Parts had the part. Amazing!

After more than a decade and hundreds of successful power tool repairs later... this is the only parts place for me. I usually receive my orders ahead of projected delivery dates and their pricing makes most repairs worth doing. Why would I ever go anywhere else?

Although it did take a bit longer to get here, the two front wheel drive wheels for my Craftsman mower arrived last week. I was able to install them in about five minutes even though I have never before replaced lawnmower wheels. Thank you for the "better safe than sorry service".

I've found service to be very good but believe three areas need improvement.
1. Offer packages of common items like screws - Having to pay $ 2.99 per screw is a real pain when you need half a dozen.
2. I appreciate parts being OEM, but wish you'd offer generic or substitute parts AT LEAST when the original isn't available any longer.
3. I believe your prices could be lower and also wish you'd offer some kind of discount structure for frequent users.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and your suggestions! We have considered these ideas and found that, in some ways, these are not feasible to do. Manufacturers ship parts to us in the style they bill us for them, as well as how they prefer us to sell them. To bundle parts and create kits goes against their preferences (unless they do it themselves), and creates havoc with our accounting department. With aftermarket parts, we have no way to guarantee they will be compatible, and do not have a stable and consistent source for them. Also, we offer a 45 warranty on our parts, which the OEM manufacturers also support. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible, while ensuring the quality of everything we send you. Please keep in mind, we sell brand new, high quality, original manufacturer parts, usually below the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). We hope this helps to explain the reasoning behind our prices!

I'm actually amazed that they invited me to review, which only proves that they pay ZERO attention to their "customer service" email account.
I ordered a replacement lawn mower blade. They sent me an empty box. I emailed their "customer service" account twice over an 8 day period (because you CANNOT call customer service. Oh sure, they have a telephone number, which is auto answered and runs you through a bunch of menu options, but when you get to the end, the recorded voice tells you that they are too busy to answer the phone!), but received NO response. Ultimately was forced to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Just terrible. Don't waste your time and energy.

Have a several decades old Echo GS 2000 curved string trimmer for which I was totally surprised, make that "shocked", to find replacement parts available, and reasonably priced. Parts were ordered on a Sunday, and received that Friday. Now that's service during this pandemic!

Ordered in April-received in August. Never knew when order would ship. Poor communication. Tried to email for info-received a reply that they had emailed me. Never saw anything updating me on my order. Will try other ways to order before I come back here as last resort. Once product received, happy with the quality.
