I think the website should disclose full details of the process. Initially it says you don't pay til you are finished but you pay and then you find out you still have to do recordings and a live test. Also the live test can only be booked for an inclusive price a day before and it doesn't say that anywhere - you have to call and find out. Many people would just pay the upgrade fee to book a test and not bother ringing to check why all the slots were booked out, as I did. Overall the course was well taught and well assessed, other than that, and the lady who handled my enquiry about the question above was polite and informative.

You shouldn't need to do all the process to prove your ID absolute need to make it alot shorter and not have to answer all the questions you already learned during the process it shouldn't take 3/4 days to finalise your ID aswell

I found the online question answer very resourceful and efficient. But when it comes to telephone and phone assessment there is no way possible to pass through without paying the priority extra as I was unable to get a single date even not after a month.
