It was great that you could do it at your own pace and even have the answers beside you whilst doing it.

However, I did not like the phone call component. I called within office hours and it said you could speak to someone, but instead I just had to leave a voice message to an answering machine - unless you are very imaginative it is quite hard to do that I found. I completed this component, however, it was not credited to my account and was instead credited to another family member who did their RSA through this site last year. I stated my name and my name is incredibly different to that family member's so I am not sure how they assumed they should credit the phone part to the other family member's account.

Once again I called in office hours to rectify this and was sent to an answering machine again. I would rather be put on hold then have an answering machine. However, once someone called me back it was fixed immediately. It was an easy fix but if you are in a rush to get your RSA and family members have already used this site just be careful.
