The teaching material was excellent, appropriate and easy to follow. The questions were also appropriate and generally unambiguous and the response time was excellent. I was disappointed when I got to the end of the questions and paid my fee that I then found there was more to do to get my certificate. Although doing the Oral Test was easy I would have liked to know this earlier... as I thought I had finished when I finished the questions.

Once I got a grip on how to work the question ok however a lot of reading
Very informative but it takes longer than expected. In hindsight it would have been more time effective to do an actual day course. I only did online as I was working so had to do in my spare time. I spent many hours more than expected getting this online course done.
