Ease of use when training

I am quiet happy the way it is, handy to stay home to do the course, whenever the time suit me. Specially have family looks after.

Did the RSA on line course passed & paid for certificate did not get it as further assessment was need first to recieve certificate

Easy to navigate through course content however there was some ambiguity with a few of the scenarios but overall I actually enjoyed the course

There were a few little hiccups along the way, but they were resolved satisfactorily.

I learnt a few different things I was unaware of thanks.

Simple and easy
No practical element of learning how to make any drinks, but you learn all you need to know about the responsible service of alcohol and are assessed via online tyts and live phone call final test
