The young woman who promptly called me back was informative, listened to my medical issues, and let me know that treating Lyme disease is not one of the medical conditions that your facility treats. She was most polite and friendly. Unfortunately with my Lyme brain issue, I cannot remember her name.
Extensive information with details. Clear patient information questions.
I've recently been diagnosed via a 12 biopsy test with 5 being positive that I have prostate cancer. I am exploring treatment options.
Patient care expert Lindsay Riddle was great and very knowledgeable and informative. I forgot to mention that my wife has invasive lobular breast cancer and we are unsure if targeted chemotherapy is effective for this type of cancer. Apparently ductal breast cancer is.
Each staff member that I have spoken to have been fabulous. They are understanding and respectful. They listen carefully, invite questions, and provide tremendous detailed answers for the questions I had.
They are obviously very well trained and educated and know their stuff? What a pleasure, removes so much stress! Thank you!
I was a busy single mom running hard in April of 2017. But I became ill and by November was crawling up the stairs to get to my bedroom. I spent 6 months being misdiagnosed while my condition worsened before going to Envita where my sister was being treated for Lyme disease.
It was a tremendous relief to find a kind and caring team who actually took the time to listen, ask questions and begin a sensible plan for uncovering and treating the cause of my extreme fatigue and illness. The approach worked and got me back on my feet again over the next 6 months. I am going back to work in a few weeks and am so grateful to have my life back!
Terrific programs it appears, unfortunately beyond our financial abilities. A 1200 mile road trip could be devastating to my wife,s health. Very kind advise from both Ladies I spoke with. My best wishes to all.

My trajectory was going the wrong direction and my life was getting smaller every day as my brain seemed to be shutting down in more & more areas. The CDC test still said I didn't have Lyme Disease but they did other testing that showed that I did. Treatment was challenging but now that I am recovered, I can verify that they were right & I am getting my old self back. It feels so good to feel good again! Dr. Coffin listened to me & was able to get me a correct diagnosis & treatment. Missy made the logistics of coming so easy & Sydney took the load off of me during treatment by taking care of the little details. Envita has a fantastic team that will focus on getting you well again. I thank the Lord that Envita was there for me when I needed them!
I spoke with a young lady who said she would have someone who could answer my questions contact me, but no one has.
It is an Integrated approach and does not ignore non-traditional, but effective, treatment options.
Our family relocated to AZ so that a family member could receive treatment for esophageal cancer. When her health struggled, we were told that her treatment was "working" & that it was "normal." After 3 months of this roller coaster, we were told her CT scan showed a "37% reduction of the cancer," only to have her oncologist from home confirm that her cancer was in fact WORSE & SPREADING. Envita lied to us so that we would continue to give them money. Even if it meant dying away from home & loved ones.
This is typical false hope that is very expensive you expect people to take out loans or mortgage their house and future and this harms future generations of that family weather you save their life or not,not a good business model unless your extremely rich no thanks you keep catering to the wealthy and the rest of us will figure it out
The feedback speed is too slow, I have not received a formal reply after 2 weeks of contact (compared with several hospitals in Japan, there is a reply on the same day or the second day of contact).
Most of your information on each subject about lyme disease said basically the exact same thing it Would be much mo re helpful if you could actually have some kind of plan for someone with limited resources and options
Never actually got to talk to anyone on the phone, not there fault... but the indepth info. That was provided via email answered all my current questions and concerns completely. So, I am well satisfied.
It has been two months after my 9 week treatment For chronic Lyme disease and I am living with little to no improvement currently. I still spend almost all my time laying down.
I went to envita for help with my chronic Lyme disease. All the people were super super sweet—doctors and nurses, if it was based on the people this would be 5 stars. BUT. After treatment when I still didn't see much improvement—slight improvement (reduction in symptoms' intensity) but not nearly enough—I was told that within two weeks (or a max of two months) I would see the jump in feeling much better.
It has been over 2 months now and we are looking into different treatment because it is worse again.
Another thing, they say they will stay in good contact with you after being home, but they only reached out once in the two months.
For the weeks that our loved one was at Envita, he was tended to by the same nursing staff, same doctors, same patient care coordinator, same Receptionists, etc. This is just what anyone would expect when they go to a "treatment facility". The only thing that we could have changed was the fact that they don't bill your insurance, rather gave us some resources of how we can bill them ourselves. All-in-all after we left Envita, we all agreed that we wished we had known about them from the start of his illness, and glad that they were there when we needed a different option.
They did a very thorough history and a lot of tests. Some we could have done by an insurance in-network lab. The rest Envita did and really would not give us enough information or help us to submit them to insurance. I was worried that everyone who goes there with vague symptoms gets diagnosed with Lyme disease. They told my daughter that her tests, although not normal, did not really point to Lyme disease or anything else specific. They offered a very expensive treatment plan, but made it clear that they were not sure how much it would help.
I'm a lil confused about a lot of the reviews on this one. Seems like sitejabber is a site for reviewing websites not medical history... i havent been treated at envita, but i'll give them four stars for the info on their site. That's what i really came here for. I learned a lot about lyme disease treatment... but jeez their website clearly says "does not guarantee" results. No medical clinic does. Sorry.
Inquiry about treatment was helpful to evaluate an alternate method for cancer. Did not come to program because logistics of living in another state, time away from work and family and cost.
However program sounds very hopeful. Lrb
So far everything has been great. The staff got back to me same day and they were able to get me in for consultation within just a few days! I'm so excited to be heading to Envita tomorrow for my Wednesday appointment!
I recently had a short treatment protocol at Envita. Not only am I feeling much better but everyone from the doctor to the front desk administration was warm, open and honest about costs and expectations of the treatments. When I was there I saw patients in the treatment rooms that were smiling and laughing and later when I found out that some of these patients were late stage cancer patients I was shocked at how "healthy" they looked... truly, rooms full of sick people that didn't look sick! I would go back to Envita and would recommend any family member or friend to have treatment there as well.
Thank you, Krysta, for your positive Envita review!
Answer: Jo, it all depends on more factors than just where that cancer is located. At our center, we personalize treatment based on an individual's genetic information, which can play many different factors. To learn more about our clinic please contact us at 1-866-830-4576 and a Patient Care Coordinator can help provide further insight.
Answer: Envita Medical Centers provides treatments that go beyond the realm of what standard insurance is willing to cover so we do not directly bill insurance for our care.
Answer: Unfortunately we do not provide telehealth services at Envita Medical Centers. You would need to be treated at our facility in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Answer: We are very sorry to hear that your sister is having a hard time with chemotherapy. Chemo can be extremely taxing on the body, especially if given at maximum therapeutic dose without first genetically targeting it to your sister's cancer needs. Which is why if chemotherapy is deemed necessary for a patients protocol we use a proprietary method called GTFC or Genetically Targeted Fractionated Chemotherapy. Here is a link related to this treatment https://www.envita.com/conditions/cancer/chemotherapy
Answer: We treat all cancer types and stages, including endometrial cancer.
Answer: We are aware of this research. We have been looking into developing new agents through our custom compounding pharmacy that harness the same mechanisms of action as the drug ErSO. It is pretty exciting work.
Answer: Fibromyalgia is an idiopathic diagnosis, meaning physicians don't exactly know what caused this collection of symptoms. At Envita we use advanced proprietary testing to identify underlying conditions that could be causing or exacerbating fibromyalgia symptoms. Treatment range can vary greatly depending on how severe your symptoms are. It is recommended you speak with a Patient Care Expert so they can learn more about your case, once they have a better idea of how severe your Fibromyalgia is, then they can give you an idea of what it might take to treat it.
Answer: CIPI could be a potential treatment for your sister but our physicians would need to do an in person assessment of your sister's state of disease before they could recommend CIPI for her.
We are glad you had a positive experience at Envita, Lila. Thank you for your support!
