I had a horrible experience with my home warranty company over charging me for a plan I requested to be cancelled. Now, my agent went above and beyond my expectations to get it rectified. Like 100% dealt with my poor attitude and went to bat for me. Daily during and after work hours.
My agent/broker thoroughly explained the coverage to me, and was fun, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. She made me feel like I was in excellent hands and could reach her at any time. (I can't remember her name but I affectionately called her Kalese from Game of Thrones).

After speaking with a few insurance agents from other companies, it was a relief to finally connect to Caitlen, who first of all has a pleasant voice…sentences weren't laced with…um's and ah's. She listened…knew what I needed and it was done in a matter of minutes, instead of, "I'll get back to you tomorrow". She responded in a timely manner.
