This site is complete garbage and filled with fake profiles! If you join it you will see exactly what I am saying as you search through the women. You will see a bunch of profiles of beautiful girls with either only 1 picture and 0% Response rate on their response meter or sometimes they have a few pictures but still a 0% response rate and after a few days of the profiles being created they never sign in again. Most all of these type profiles are beautiful models that look like their profile picture came out of a magazine and they don't respond to a single a message! It was obvious these type of profiles are "filler" profiles meaning Ellen'sModels most likely either created them or allows these fake profiles to be made so it looks like the site is filled with morr beautiful women even though like I said these fake profiles the girl never responds to a single a message! So all the BS that they interview every girl and make sure she is legit and looking for love is not true! Like I said these profiles are clearly fake I see them get created and then the girl just never responds to a single message! So this is one scam on ElenasModels. The other type of scammer on there is the opposite of this where she is a profile of a beautiful woman who has a very high response rate who basically responds to everyone and gives out her number very quickly and then after you talk to her on WhatsApp you realize she is only looking for money and asking you to buy her gifts. ElenasModels usually kicks these girls off the site eventually after enough guys report her but the fact this scammer gets on the site to begin with shows ElenasModels Is not verifying these women and letting any scammer easily find their way on the site! So what are we paying for if these scammers can easily create a profile on the site? Then lastly you will have profiles of girls who are real and some are pretty but they are not serious at all and after they give you their number and act interested initially and laugh at your jokes these just randomly disappear and stop reading or replying to your text this happens quite often with these type of women. So these girls are either just paid to make it look like they are serious and make men think real women are on the site that are looking for love or they're another type of fake profile/scammer that ElenasModels did not weed out of the site that signs up with no intention to have a relationship. Oh and I forgot last are the profiles of girls who are cute and are real but they have some major problems maybe they have kids, unattractive, divorced, or in poverty, don't speak English, etc where they are looking for something but they are low quality women in Russian society that are struggling to find any man interested in them so this is why they join the site. This is the entire site of ElenasModels and they type of women you will find!

So I have been a member of EM on two separate occasions, for terms of 3 months as a Platinum member where you are able to talk with unlimited numbers of female contacts. I have travelled to Ukraine five times now and met two ladies. I am 60 years old and met the first lady who was 46, during my first membership term. I travelled to Kiev to meet her and she travelled from the east of the country. We had a really lovely few days together and Kiev was a real eye opener! A great city and modern in so many ways. Ultimately, however, there was no real gelling between us and we went our separate ways. But it was a good start. During my second membership term, I met another lady of 49 (who looked like she was 35 - they really do take care of the way they look over there - gorgeous women!) and I travelled to Lviv, about an hour from Kiev by air and again, a lovely city, the city of chocolate and beer! We have met on four occasions and had a good connection. However, it, too seems that while we remain great friends, the relationship we both seek (she was very genuine) will not succeed between us.

Elenas Models does pretty much everything it says it does. During both membership tenures, I was contacted by Support over two women who had been suspended from the site due to suspected activities that breached the rules. So you can be assured that they *DO* indeed work for the safety of the members both men and women. I like the EOI option (Expression Of Interest) as it allows you and any lady who might be interested in you to "break the ice". More recently, EM has added the "Response Rate" measurement to give you some idea of how likely the lady is to reply to messages. This can be confusing because a rate of 65% actually does not mean that her reply rate is high at all. Yes, you still have the problem of photos showing on the site of women who were clearly photographed in their late 20's or late 30's - and their current age is now around 45 - and this means you have to do a little more digging! However, EM has the option to have a profile CONFIRMED and this is really useful.

I really like the EM site. It presented me with an opportunity to look into Eastern Europe for the first time (I have a work colleague here in the UK with me who is now married to a Russian girl) and I now begin to learn a new language! For employment reasons, I personally cannot visit Russia and so my searches are limited to the Ukraine, but it is a great country and the ladies from there on the EM site are real and my experience has been positive. Yes, I would have no hesitation on recommending ElensModels. I am thinking seriously about a third membership as I am still searching for a beautiful Ukrainian lady and the possibility of a serious and loving relationship. However, I need to find the funds and I am of the opinion that if I join up again, it will be for another 3-month tenure over the Summer months which would be the right time of the year to visit anyone I connected with.

If I had one adverse comment about the site, it is that it can be REALLY SLOW sometimes! It have on many occasions been unable to enter the site due to perceived server issues and most likely the amount of connections online at the same time. The site is good, emminently usable and nicely laid out but it could benefit from something of an overhaul and a significant server update. Support is fast and most satisfactory. The staff are obviously well skilled and their English is excellent.

Ukrainian dating is big business these days with a number of sites both good and bad - and one or two organisations who now offer "romance tours" to the country. I also know of at least one Ukrainian Match Making Agency. Whilst such options can be costly, In general terms, EM remains at the forefront of what, in my opinion, represents pretty good value. Note that they DO NOT autorenew your membership which for some can be a deal breaker! As others have said, if you want to get the best out of EM and Eastern European women in general, you should be prepared to put the effort in. But the rewards are worth it. I have a handful of nice friends in the country now and although I have not found the lady I seek, my hopes are still high. Good luck!

I have to start off by saying that I have read the negative reviews and that's what I am specifically going to comment on (specifically the ones frustrated with "gold diggers"). I will first give my experience of the site so far.

Firstly, and most importantly, the girls on the site are real. I do not know the exact amount, someone mentioned 50% but I bet it is much higher than that. EM has a serious screening process that can at time be a little bit annoying (like making an update to your profile and waiting 12 hours for it to be approved). But this is more than worth it to actually have REAL people on the site. So, the girls are real and when I say real I do not simply mean "not bots". I mean they are certainly not happy with the men they have around them and feel that their best option is to find a many with different values from another country. In fact, this is why I went to this site - to find a women with traditional values and I know those women are in Eastern Europe.

With that out of the way, let me move on to the dudes complaining about the types of women they are finding on the site. I'm doing this because as I was reading the negative reviews, it soon became clear that there was a common theme here.

Guys, you are attracting these gold diggers because you are attracted TO gold diggers.

Let me preface this by saying that I am attractive, and as it is the internet you can know that as I type this here it must be true. I have never once in my life so much as went on a date with a gold digger. Through the way I have come to approach women (which is not nearly as confident as it needs to be), I can weed out those who are simply interested in my because I have money. I have spoken to many, many attractive women in bars, bought them drinks, and then after getting my foot in the door (via the drink or two I offered) was fully capable of concluding whether they were talking to me because I was giving them things or because of a serious interest. Many times the girl would tell me a drink or two in that she had a boyfriend, and I appreciated that.

Guys, you keep throwing money at these women, do you expect them NOT to take it? Try keeping their attention with your words. I know, I know, this is a little bit harder, but hear me out. If you are able to do this you can be pretty sure the girl you are speaking to is NOT a gold digger. How can you know such a thing? Well, because you aren't enticing her to keep listening to you through the offer of MONEY.

I understand we cannot help who we are attracted to. I, for instance, am attracted to girls who really don't need me. I typically tend to date down as far as looks good, but they don't need me to be financially well off. I end up screwing it up because I get bored and we go our separate ways.

After 3 years and over 100,000 USD loss later, I concluded that this is the greatest systemic scam of all time, My best advice for anyone looking for a Ukrainian date is to just go there get a tour guide and hit the road, Ukrainians are such good and polite people and they are very approachable, Ukraine, especially Kiev is a very safe city, Safer than any western cities I have been in. The people are nice and friendly, there are lots of Packs, restaurants, museums, galary, lounges and clubs, I met lots of great people in resaturants and have developed great friendships. I read some comments here about Elenas Models, although a few good ones, also plenty bad ones, enough to raise alarms on any one. Just also keep this in mind, anyone can write reviews, including site owners, friends and associates. I have in myself in the past written reviews online for a friend of mine. The only difference is my friend had a genuine business, a restaurant with opened doors to the public and was not skimming anyone out of their money.

I joined recently EM like many of you in hope of finding someone for a relation. But let me tell you the real truth about this Site. This is NO different than other Scam sites. EM writes lots of nice Blogs about how other Agencies are dishonest and the techniques they use, but that is only to deflect attention and make us believe actually after all they are honest. Must be, if they point out all dishonesty about others, why not. They may not use a PPL (per pay letter) system, but that does not mean they are not trying to milk you for your money. They just do in another way. Many of the Ladies profiles on EM are Fake, I can say with assurance. EM point out finger at other agencies saying they employ women to correspond to foreigners. And while it is true EM does the same. At EM, like other Scam agencies, once you get your profile active you will start getting lots of Likes and women sending you letters. This is just one of the many techniques to lure you into buying a membership. Once you buy your Membership (any type), this supposed women that were so quickly interested in you, quickly loose out their interest, and even disappear. Some they try to be more convincing than others, but the Alarm Flags are the same on all the profiles, in all this same type of Agencies. Yes it is a Shocking Truth, but EM as well as most of the known Dating Web Sites pays women just to model, so they can build fakes profiles with photos of this models, they also pay women just to correspond with men. They also pay men to correspond with you. Actually anyone who can write in good English, and you can easily find this online. So you can never be sure whos on the other side. Works for well Scammers as they can create loads of attractive profiles, and works for the women, or men, who can have an extra income writing from home. And has normally in countries like Ukraine, Russia, and other former CIS countries wages are quite low, this is good way of getting money. Go online and Google the words (Marriage Agency translation work), but do it in Russian (Брачное агентство переводов работа), or do similar other searches and you will see the Shocking truth. Not all, but some Adverts even go as far as putting their Agency name openly and what are they employing for. Others wont advertise their name, but they are ALL doing it!

I live in Britain and came across with at least one of this paid woman here. Russian speaking people are everywhere, and this can be a remote home based job, to write to suckers like us. I wrote to a Russian woman, according to her profile living near my city, or maybe not, God knows. She expressed interest immediately, so because I was interested in her I paid for a membership. This is the only to get to write to her. I wrote her, and almost immediately after the moment I wrote, she disappeared. And dont be fooled, even if you get a contact mobile number for the person on profile, like I did, it is only to deflect attention and seems more credible. That is the length this scammers go to seem real. The women I mentioned she even gave me a UK mobile number, but then she never answered, or replied my Texts. The same with her Skype. She even gave me a Skype address. Now you would wonder why someone who does not ever intend to answer and Texts calls or Skype would give you their number and Skype? It is to seem like the women profiles are real. These women do this for a living. They create fake emails, which you will never ever get any reply. They create fake Skype accounts, which you will never ever get them to answer or switch on their video, even most likely because they are not as on the photos. They go to lengths to make you into believing the profiles are real. EM and other Scam Agencies advertise and pay this women, men as well, to lure you into spending their money, only after you to see NO relation, meeting, Skype video call, etc, will ever materialise. And although I have not been on EM for that long, I have been for years and years in Loads, and I mean Loads of different Dating Web Sites. I have been to Ukraine many times, used to be married to one. I know all this Scams, there is nothing new. My Ex Ukrainian Wife one time went for a job interview in Ukraine, only to find although she would be paid money was not so much of what we in the West call a Job. She was offered to correspond with Sucker Foreigners by one of the many dodgy agencies. As shes honest enough she declined.
The Alert Flags I have seen in most of other online Dating sites, some well known for being Scams others not so well, are the same in EM as well. I would not for a second spend a penny more on this CONS! And where there is easy money to be made, the changes of being Conned just increase.

EM says on their Web Page The Most Trusted Dating Agency. But where did they get this from? It is a very Big and Bold Statement, but they are the ones who write themselves. They also write on their Web Site, 1000s of successful relationships, but again, on their web site there are only about 100 reviews of supposedly successful relations, there are no 1000s, and still this reviews were written and posted by the site Administrators. These are not independent reviews posted by the people themselves. Most of the Online Dating Agencies all of them announce themselves as trusted anti-scam, bla blab la. So what is new with EM? I have also done some deeper search and this is what I found. EM says they have offices around the world, where the hack are this offices? When I asked EM Help Desk for their office addresses, they gave me 2 addresses, which are the ones they post online. One in US (382 NE 191st, St # ******* Miami, FL *******-3899, USA), other in Australia (Suite 328,15 Albert Ave, Broadbeach, QLD 4218, Australia). These are NO Office addresses, these are PO Boxes both of them, and the phone numbers are not even real. The US phone number (1 *******044) is Voip Number from a company called Vail Lab in Los Angeles. And although the office is in Miami the phone number is from LA. But as it is a Voip connection this can be anywhere, even in China, so how come this is from an office in US? The Australian number is from a third party company, this is their web site (http://www.mbebroadbeach.com.au). They say this is the Head office address in Australia, but the Head Office is no more than a Mail Box, with a virtual phone number no one ever answers. The Web site is registered under the name ELENA GOLD, located in a server from the organisation CloudFlare in California, San Francisco, USA. The Web site is registered and linked to another different PObox based in Sanctuary Cove, Queensland, Australia. The business hides under numerous PO Boxes, in the states and other countries. It is registered with the name EM Holding Company PTY Ltd, in Australia, where they say to be the Head Office. On the surface it is a web of PO Boxes, phone numbers which are no more then Voip connections and hardly any names. But digging in further I found the Business Holder and Director is a guy called GERRAD DARRIN FIELD, born in Wellington, New Zealand. I also found GERRAD on some sites replying to people reviews as an Elenas Models Rep. GERRAD IS NO REP! Is a Top man, TOP SCAMMER! GERRAD is living the life, at his nice Villa with a nice swimming pool and a Pier for his boat, at..., PARADISE POINT QLD 4216, AUSTRALIA, while us idiots are expected to provide for his life style.

My investigation is still ongoing, just because I had enough of this $#*!s and Scammers. They prey on people. These Web Sites are able to scam decent normal guys of Thousands, millions, only because they prey on people Hopes, Vulnerabilities and desires.
I want to alert everyone. This Site, like 99% of the online sites are SCAM! All the red flags are there.

I have no affiliations to anyone so I am here to help all of us. If you want to find a genuine decent Ukrainain/ Russian/ Eastern European woman as much as you may feel tempted to believe and buy into this sites DO NOT. Save your money. 99% of the Online Sites a Scam, and the likelihood you will ever meet even any REAL woman are very slim, if to say none. I have been in using many of this so called Agencies for years. I have done my homework. Like other guys, I have even been conned into meetings arranged via some online agencies. I went to meetings in Ukraine. The women they are all interested in you, then at the meeting they do not give a Toss about you, your life, and even there many cases online where women are saying complete rubbish about you to the translator. Unless you understand Russian, you wont even have a clue the crap they say about you. These Agencies are working together with the girls, the meetings are no more than just to get guys money. The translator at the meeting will get paid, but so do the girls as they get commission.

There are still a very few Honest Agencies out there, but this very few are the ones who have real offices, where you can walk in, have a proper real customer support.
I have been in these Kind of sites for years, and as a rule I would suggest the following:
DO NOT engage with ANY Online Agencies who do not have a real photo number (not a Voip connection, or a phone in another part of the world where nobody answers) and real physical offices where you can walk in as well ( Not a Po Box, Suite, etc. All the same). Do your search, if not feel free to contact me for advice. Many wont even have an address or phone number, All they will offer you is an Online Contact Form. This Sites are an IMMEDIATE RED FLAG AND A NO GO ZONE! Saying this many will also try to present themselves as honest, will have some sort of address and phone number, does not mean it is an honest agency. Most of the times it is not the case. It may seem extreme and harsh but is the truth. Most of the Scam is coming from CIS countries, mainly Ukraine, Russia, and also Africa and other Asian countries. All of these web sites advertise as genuine (who wouldnt?) many of them they are not even based in the countries they advertise the women from. Whether in China, Cyprus and Malta very commonly, they are also based in American servers ( AS EM) and around the world, but NEVER in the country they advertise women from. I suppose is easier for TAX avoidance and persecution purposes to have a Web of PO Boxes in numerous countries, no names linked, and Web sites based in servers in far overseas countries.

If you are determined to find a genuine nice girl from Ukraine, Russia, or other CIS countries you will never find on EM on similar kind of sites. Some agencies based in Ukraine, Russia and others ( and I am independent so prefer not to mention names) have offices where you can walk and although I have not used them some seem pretty reliable. Yes they come across as expensive if to compare with EM and many of other sites. But you if you consider that most online Agencies you will be continuously paying, and paying, whether a PPL system, or a membership such as EM, where they use and pay women to write to you with no real outcome ever, it will only end more expensive for you, with the difference it will never lead to anything. No PPL Agencies ever, NO memberships from EM or any Agency whos hiding their identity behind a web of lies. Any Honest company around the world will want to promote their good name and bee seen out there, not to hide. At least in most civilised countries that is.
Or as an alternative, book yourself a nice trip to one of these countries, maybe with a friend to make more interesting and easier for you, and you find will loads of beautiful normal honest women out there on the streets. But these women you will never meet in EM or similar sites, because they wont take part is such activities.

Take a close look... I mean reallly close. Do these people seem a little too perfect, a little to glam... guess what... that's due to modern technology. A simple, homely girl off the street can look like an Elena Model with photoshop. She can weigh 110 lbs when she is really 210; she can have clear skin when she really is poxed; she can have perfect features in spite of a 3" long nose; lips that spread all over her face or ears that resemble Dumbo.

More than that... do you really think someone from Eastern Europe... communist countries can get into the US at the drop of a pin... without any other credentials than clevage and buttrocks... T&A.

Reality:
1) To get a US or Canadian Visa a person must first fill out an application. (hard to do if you can't read or write English... since those are the language of Canada and the US). If they can't read... they need someone to pay large, large, legal fees to fill out the application.
2) They then need to find a sponsor... someone stupid enough to be a guarantor for them coming into this country... which means the poor fool must support them if they sit on their rump because they can't work.
3) They need to provide a Criminal Records Search... in Eastern Europe, bribing the police to erase arrests for theft, prostitution, drug abuse might do this.
4) If they are applying for a work Visa, they need not merely to provide credentials, these credentials need to be verified and accredited by an independent 3rd party... more money... and realistically a Bachelor's Degree from most Eastern European countries equates out to a High School Diploma in the US.
5) There is a personal interview with each application... without a translator... do you think your little squeeze speaks English well enough to lie her way through this?
Other than that... to visit one of these "sweeties" costs about $5000 or more for the week. If you decide to go, count on whatever squeeze demanding a first class restraunt so she can get her share of the tip... actually you will pay about 3X the local rate, she get's 1/3; the agency get's 1/3 and the restraunt get's 1/3.

There are beautiful intelligent, decent women in your own country, don't delude yourself. The definition of an Eastern European virgin is a 10 year old without a brother.

This is an update and clarification of the review I wrote a few months ago. The woman I met on Elena's Models and I did get married In September and we are extremely happy together. After reading the other reviews on this site and reviewing mine I wanted to write an update and clarify some things.

I communicated with a number of real women through the site. I initiated contact with some, some initiated contact with me. (my future actually contacted me first) There were some I was interested in who lost interest in me and vice versa, just like it is dating in the real world. Within the first 6 weeks after I joined, my future wife and I had started to write back and forth. Five months later she and I met and spent a week together in a city in Europe. I will emphasize that for the first couple of months we communicated exclusively by letters and I believe that was instrumental to our relationship development. We gradually shifted over to skype and whatsapp but by that point, through our letters, we had gotten to know each other very well and eventually had both expressed our deepest thoughts, feelings, desires, goals and poured our hearts out to each other. I think that the process of getting to know each other through the written word was a great learning experience for both of us. In fact, since that early stage we have discussed and both realized that if we had lived in the same city and been able to date "live" from the very beginning that we may well have spoiled our chance for a lasting relationship. We were very attracted to one another from the very beginning but neither one of us was comfortable with skyping at first. I was not trying to prove anything but she lived on the other side of the world and, initially, skype was not an option so we both spent a lot of time writing to each other and I'm glad we did. Really, I would say that that "dating" on elenasmodels was very comparable to real life dating in the sense that every relationship eventually ends because one decides it is not for them. In the first relationship where both people are truly and equally committed, they get married or live together. But, whether online or in person, you never really know what is in someone's heart, what motivates them or what their true goals are, how honest and open they are with you or themselves, for that matter. The means of communication may be different but the back and forth is the same.

One last thing: treat it as such. If you are in your 50s and a 20 something or 30 something supermodel type woman expresses to you that she fell in love with your (not so supermodel looking) photo, tells you of her undying love and begs you to marry her, run, don't walk, in the opposite direction. If something seems to be too good to be true it probably is. The photos are nice to look at but the longer you look the more you may forget how old you are and what you really look like and you may start thinking "who knows, it might be possible". Well, as we all know, there's no fool like an old fool.

BUT so you know- and those of you that can read Russian... EM is NOT totally without flaw- part of the girls 'free membership' is they are 'encouraged' to reply to as many EOIs and letters as possible. Elenas was the best place for meeting ladies from the former Soviet Union.

Since they changed their website, both men and women feel frustrated about the robotization and indifference of the owners about giving a great service as they used to.
So sad that websites as Russian Cupid, with their many scammers, have become a much better choice.
Sincerely, I recommend to stay away from Elenas Models until they fix all their shortcomings with their new website. 2 whole months and they still have so many errors that prevent their clients to find their love of their lives. Maybe they ran out of money and they are not able to manage their website as they did before.
Indifference or arrogance from the owner and employees, the results are bad... or not any results at all. You will not get answers from ladies as before... maybe not a single reply at all.

Some friends of mine have had troubles with their credit cards and very serious issues with Elenas models website.
No issues with my credit card yet because my membership will expire soon. What I can say is that I will not renew it again. Elenas Models was the very best in the business, I will defend that statement like a ferocious wolf. Everything that was said negatively about them prior to this year 2014 was written by envious competition, but now that it is very likely that they changed ownership and they are more interested in selling you new features with disregard of customer service, I do not endorse Elena Petrova and her former Elenas Models anymore. They might even become worse than Anastasia Date or those fake websites.
To tell you the truth I feel sad about it. The only alternative that I see is Russian Cupid, but that website is full of scammers. At least I know that there are some real women there. Just have to be real cautious about anyone asking for money without having meeting you before in person. Also be aware of gold diggers.
Better to look for Russian/Ukrainian/Belorussian woman in your own backyard. I will do it in my own city Las Vegas.

Amazing that since the great fiasco of changing the website from more than 2 years Elenas Models still has so much technical problems and it can't be functioning as they want to or they try to make us believe.
Do they have money problems so that they cant hire better technicians or web developers? They went up in price dramatically, and I dont see their services better than before the change. I

By the way as of today I still see the same pictures that I saw in 2009-2012 from some women profiles. Which makes me think what is the ratio of men to women? They will not tell us because it will ridiculously be an overwhelming amount of men and very few women. How many women do they have? I mean, active women? Much less than the number of paying subscribers.

I miss the old Elenas Models, but they are history. As of today, they have demonstrated total lack of knowledge of real customer service that instead of offering free membership to the paying members that have suffered because the website incompetence for the last almost 3 years, they did offer only an apology. They have a very recent (one more) problem this 2016 with their website going down and being unstable again, and blaming it in a DOS attack. But they don't hire top notch people to run their website.

I suggest that Elenas Models should lower their prices first to compensate for such a bad service and lately, bad reputation.

Second, to hire professional people to handle the website itself, not cheap labor.

Third, get more real women (they used to be the best) and actualize that many old profiles that are more than 5-10 years old with no activity or with the same pictures as when they were first published.

Fourth, maybe they should sell the website to more capable people or to real entrepreneurs that understand that servicing the client is the most important part of the business.

Fortunately Elenas Models has not yet get corrupted like Anastasia Date or Loveme.com, but they have to do something before it happens.

And today, sadly still the best option is RussianCupid.com with all of their pitfalls.

I will update again in about 6 more months.

This is what I commented about Elenas Models now that they finally began to write here in Sitejabber. A representative called Gerrad wrote this 2 weeks ago. They claim that they pre screen ladies with a force of 5 and they call every lady to verify their identity, plus they never charge by the letter (at least this letter thing is true, I dont know about the other statement)

Well how come suddenly you (EM) begin to care about public image after that horrible fiasco when Elenas Models changed the website back in 2014, and after that did very little to correct it?
How come I just begin receiving promotions from about one month ago since you skyrocketed your prices on 2014 accompanied by a big decrease in your customer service and number of active women? Before it, I received several incentives to continue with you, and I gladly did (2010-2014)
Or do you have a new management that really cares or Mrs Petrova decided to come back to her old ways of doing her best for both men and women?
You need first to apologize to your paying clients and your ladies for your negligence this last 3 years and demonstrate that your customer service is as before.
As of today I still don't trust your website. Yes, you screen your ladies, yes you don't charge by the letter. But also yes, for the last 3 years you were less than mediocre and overpriced (I forgot to mention a very slow website of yours... I just checked it).
