I ordered a few recessed can trims, i believe they were brown or bronze, i paid extra freight to get them quicker. I did not get them quicker, i had to make several calls to track these and NO ONE offered to refund the money i paid to expidite this order. My customer was very upset that i could not give them tracking information.
Ordered Halo Recessed E750ICAT 6" 07-04-2023. Realized these were for LED connections and I was after the Halo screw in bulb recessed fixtures. I've been trying to exchange or return these items for 2 months sending 3 separate forms requesting the "return number". Still don't have any response or instructions regarding recessed fixtures I need exchanged or returned.
The light is the one that fits the space but it does not dim down the way the orginal ones do. Instead when they are very low it just goes off, which makes it looks like ti is burned out.
Always seem to have the product I need at a very competitive price.
Am a bit disappointed in the notifications of shipping. I often have to check on shipping and delivery.
It was a great experience to deal with the Electric Bargain Store. And I would deal with them in the future if I need anything again.
Received all stock.
I have one bad Smoke/CO. The unit flashes yellow them beeps every minute. I will need to send back for return or replacement.

Check out says items will ship in 3-5 business days. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. That was 16 days ago and my order has still yet to ship.
I had a Juno track light system installed in 2017. One of the seven lights broke recently. I ordered a replacement light from Electric Bargain Store. EBS informed me that the light was no longer stocked, that it would need to be made by the manufacturer, and that it would take a month to process the order. EBS offered to cancel the order. I decided to proceed with the order. The light arrived today, and it's perfect - definitely worth the wait. Thank you, EBS!
Poor service. My order is shown as shipped, but shipper does not show it as received and it has been over one week. Chat box is terribly slow and not very helpful.
There's certainly everything one needs to pack up the home with electric appliances.
I ordered here light bulbs, smoke detectors, LED track lighting and everything was super cheap.
I know one place where some electric stuff is being sold, and here prices are almost twice lower. It's really a bargain and what they are doing justifies their brand name.
Btw, the order came on time, without any delays and it's thoughtful of them. I like having my parcels come on time.

We purchased multiple switches from the seller and they charged our account and did not ship for over 3 months. Then when we tried to return the items and over their time period, they refused to take back products or issue a refund. Probably better finding a more reputable seller. I surely will not make that mistake again. You've been warned.
I was mislead into buy smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.I was sent smoke detectors.I explained they sent wrong items they refused to give me a return label for refund or exchange.I payed for shipping and they wanted me to pay for return label.Worst experience I ever had with customer service this company doesn't belong in business.

These detectors were not available on the east coast but with the electronic age i found them at your company at a reasonable price.
