Ordered gold for Ragnarok Online 2, was the cheapest price available. Wasn't the fastest or most straightforward service (took three hours from time of ordering due to problems on their end), but I got what I paid for.

Am satisfied. Just make sure you're proactive when trying to get your order processed. You NEED to chat with support and ask for your order, give information/confirmation, etc.

Placed order at 6:27pm. 3pm the next day rolls around and nothing. So I hit up the chat. Sam is an obnoxious prick. Thinks everyone uses email these days. He is unhelpful. Well, it finally came thru 24 hours after ordering. This was for DCUO. My advice, grind the game yourself and not waste time or money here. I am not a paid review writer, only a gamer. The only reason for two stars is because it finally came thru.

I ordered Plat for rift from these guys. It took a little longer than what they said but I recieved the plat fairly quick. I am pleased with the service I recieved and would recomend them for rift plat to someone else. I am a repeat customer from now on.

I was very impressed with egpal.com. I placed my order and within minutes they called me to verify that I had actually placed the order (cudos on security). Shortly after the phone call I checked my character account and the gold was already there waiting for me. Total time for transaction from initiation - 5 minutes, total time from telephone verification - 1 minute. Great job guys!

They ask for a picture of your ID and you credit card information (after you complete your order) to "Verify", but really they are just trying to hack back into your account with your information and steal the gold you paid for. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered 50 gold and checked first on the delivery time. Gorden, the person who responded to my question, said under 5 mins. It was actually under 2 mins and this is the second time i have had this experience with this company. I have no problems at all in dealing with then again.

I wouldn't even give these idiots a 0 rating! They kept insisting I was giving a character name that I was not, which I could prove thru my correspondence to them. Whoever I was talking to became rude & insulting instead of trying to solve the problem. Told me they were tired of me & to go somewhere else.

Just finished a transaction with them and got my in game currency. I was worried since they guaranteed 30min and had emailed them back and forth with a long chain, but the rep kept reassuring I would get it. They're busier during the weekends, but eventually I got what I ordered within an hour. They're trustworthy in my books!

I was ripped off on another site, and paypal, couldn't help. Because it wasn't a real item. So i lost my money. But since i've been ordering from this company. Things are easy, and very fast. I never had a problem. I have ordered over, 20 B ruppes; not one problem

Feb 5,2013 they told me i would receive my kinah in 1-24 hours never received it. They then told me i had to wait until workers/suppliers come back from the festival. Then Feb 15 they told me i had to wait 2-3 days never received my kinah. 2/27/13 still no kinah total fraud. If anyone can and will start a petition against them I would because this site needs to be banneded.

I will NEVER do business with another site that offers these services. I've been a member and customer for quite a while, and have ALWAYS been way more than satisfied. Their delivery times are the best I've ever come across, their support is polite and helpful, and they have ALWAYS been dependable. I would recommend EGPAL 1000 times over! Definitely a must use if you utilize their type of service!
