I don't like how it says free shipping then come to find out it's on orders over $1200. Bait and switch. Not good service.

Besides the price, purchasing through eFloors was a horrible experience. I never received an email with tracking information or if the tile had even shipped. I had to call multiple times just to get updates and was told the same excuse 3 times. I called on the 9th business day (1/23/20) and was told my tile had just shipped and as soon as tracking information is updated I should get an email. I called again on the 11th business day (1/27/20) and was told again my item just shipped again and everyone in the shipping department had already left for the day so they could not give me any tracking information. I was told the matter would be looked into and I should get an email by end of the following business day. I called again at the end of the 12th business day (1/28/20) and was told again that nobody was available in the shipping department (they had all gone home) and still could not get any type of tracking information or any type of official email stating my tile had even shipped. I was told the tile had shipped though each time but no proof could be provided. On the 13th business day, a UPS driver notified me 1hr prior to me having to go to work that he would be arriving at my house to deliver the tile at the same time I was suppose already be at work (there was no scheduled appointment time for the delivery or any form of notification that the tile had even shipped, no tracking information for me to even know where it was). This resulted in me being almost 2 hours late to work, thanks eFloors for the VERY VERY POOR COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Website is a little slow, but we found everything we needed.
I ordered a pack of flooring and I ended of having someone else do the floors. When I checked my order status to see if the floors had shipped it stated it was still processing so I called the company to just cancel the order. They told me the website just wasn't updated yet but it was to late to cancel and I return the items. So because their delayed website updates I'm not stuck with flooring I don't can't use.

Free flooring sample was sent quickly. I saved a ton of money by buying from efloors rather than locally and by doing my own installation.
The initial phone call to customer service was pleasant and handled very professionally. Online ordering was a snap! However, when I received the email confirmaton, the delivery time mentioned was way longer than what I was told on the phone. I immediately called and spoke with the person that sent the email to clear up the discrepancy. She seemed unknowledgeable about what products were in stock and immediately available. Ultimately, she put me on hold and confirmed that the original delivery time of 3 days was correct.
Product color in photo looked a bit off, but ended up being correct based on the listing.
