Had all the samples I wanted, but I never received an email notifying me my samples were ship, and I had to do a follow up to see where they were at!
EFloors had the best pricing, after shopping around. Their customer service was great, shipped items packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping! Will buy from them again, in fact we have! We have another order in process.

The website was slow and kept circling back trying to check out. Don't know if certain operating systems or web browsers don't work too well.
Easy ordering. Had just what I needed. And no minimum order requirement.
Good so far, wish there were better details about shipping.
I ordered $2000 of tile and dealt with nothing but stress. I do NOT recommend this business. Customer service is non existent and when they don't want to talk to you, they literally screen your phone calls!
After the order was placed, they didn't communicate about anything, even though I called for updates regularly! They didn't tell me the order was on hold for two weeks, they lied about where the tile was shipped to. In the end I had my contractor cancel the order because they didn't answer my phone calls for another week.
I placed an order with another company that was $500 cheaper and had the tile ready the next day!
